Ordered online as usual
Ordered online as usual as pizza's are decent and reasonably priced and we like to support local business. Mistakenly ordered via Hastings branch rather than local one. Called branch immediately to cancel and was met with a rather terse refusal to help, stating that they were unable to do so and must be done online. Having looked online as well as downloading the app, there was no means to cancel so an email was sent to Hastings branch. Have increased score to 3 stars following a full refund in response to email sent the previous day stating issue with online system meaning orders going to Hstings I must say that the customer service could do with some improvement, and the online experience really does leave a lot to be desired and needs increased functionality for users.
