Thanks Ben, you brilliant to deal with, and when you delivered and assembled our bed frame today you were super efficient and nice, even took away our old bed frame with no worries. Ben gave me very good advice on finishes and other matters whenever I asked him. Very responsive and personal service and the finished table was superb. Very striking and beautifully made. Ben even delivered and installed it himself.

Bought a Trafalgar bench and dining table and could not be happier. The design and quality of the furniture is fantastic - sturdy, functional and extremely beautiful. Built to last and definitely has the wow factor. Ben was extremely responsive to my demands for a quick turnaround (3 weeks from order) and stayed in regular communication regarding likely delivery dates. I cannot recommend highly enough. I will definitely be a return customer. Thank you Ben for a unique and pivotal piece of furniture that already has been the centre of many a happy get together and I am sure will continue to be for years to come.

We received our Kings Cross table and bench just before Christmas, they can only be described as simply stunning. I always feel its a risk buying online without seeing things in person, I 100% need not have worried in this case. It’s the most beautiful quality and completely transforms the room. Ben was so helpful sending out samples of the different wood stains and really patient while I made my mind up (over 5 months!) with no hard sales chase. Delivery went really smoothly and the care at setting the table up and making sure there were no wobbles on our tiled floor was so appreciated, and not like any service I’ve had before. I’m now thinking of what else I can buy from Rust! Thanks again Ben

Rust Collections is a high quality craftsmanship, customer centric business. Nowadays this is very rare...
The business world would in a better place if all businesses cared that much about their products/craft and their customers satisfaction.
My experience with Ben ,the master carpenter, was simply second to none
The bed is beautiful, feels and looks like it could last a 100 years and was so easy to assemble (literally less that 10 minutes)
Just think about the antithesis of your ordinary/inferior quality/average looking furniture...

I came across Rust Collections on Not on the High Street and I am so pleased I did! Their rustic designs are so unique and high quality and Ben and his helper are really lovely people; who have always been happy to answer any questions and help with specific requirements. We have already ordered with them three times in the space of a few months and have recommended them to lots of family members and friends.

Our new table and benches were made and delivered quickly and look as expected. We were able to visit the Rust Collections workshop before ordering and Ben helpfully answered a number of questions by email.

Rust Collections' service was fantastic and the finished products better than we had imagined. We required a variety of different sized desks - some seated and some standing - in unusual sizes because of the shape of our office. Ben created the bespoke sizes and was able to deliver and fit them for us on exactly the date promised, which meant a very tight turnaround. I'd recommend Rust Collections either for their off-the-shelf products or bespoke builds,
