Russell Dean Furniture Reviews 

On the first visit to Russell Dean after visiting numerous other furniture shops it was clear that we would be getting our sofa from here. We were allowed to look around without being forced into listening to a salesperson try and persuade us why we should buy one.

Once we became unstuck on finding something we liked, this is where Troy comes into it. We explained what style, colour and size we would need for our new home and Troy showed us a couch which we immediately knew we were going to be buying. Troy explained everything about the couch and what styles we could have I.e. scatter cushions, zipped on backs etc. He then allowed us to choose an array of swatches so we could come back at a later date with a colour, fabric and foot colour we would like.

These have now been ordered and Troy has been fantastic throughout, just enough contact to know where we are upto but not overbearing, we are looking forward to receiving the sofas.

I would definitely return here to purchase furniture in the future.

Laura was excellent, super helpful and not pushy. She knew the product range well, listened and explained everything very clearly and also did not rush us. The website has been great for prior research but nothing beats testing out your new sofa in person, in the beautiful showroom. Thanks for the cups of tea too Laura :)

We visited the store basically for a browse and we were impressed with the choice. We were met by a very polite gentleman called Mark who showed us around and explained a lot of things about the leather and other coverings. We eventually made our choice over a couple of days. We were very pleased with the way the purchase was handled and the efficient way it was completed. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company and it's employee to anyone thinking of buying a piece of furniture from them.

Had three visits in total to Russell Dean as living room is a bit of an odd shape to get a suite in Troy looked after us and was very patient would recommend Russell Dean as they have something for everybody.

Great range of sofas, the best selection in the area and fabulous service from Samantha. Would highly recommend.

Recently bought a bed through Russell Dean. I was lost and unsure what to purchase. I have a bad back and needed a bed which would support it. A helpful and super kind assistant called Troy spent a long time and helped me pick the best bed for my needs. This old fashioned and helpful service sets Russell Dean apart from the rest.

We spent a few hours in the store, so much to choose from & eventually picked our sofa & accent chair. We were helped by Troy who was very professional, gave us lots of information but not pushy. We will certainly recommend the store to our family & friends Thank you

Bought two side tables which were delivered within 3 weeks. Unfortunately they were damaged, upon ringing the shop the guy told me ‘this is where we fall victim because YOU wanted new ones and not ones from the shop floor’. Promised the world of course to put this right. Three weeks passed and I had heard nothing so I called them to which I was told they’d only be getting one in stock so once again suggested we took the one that had been gathering dust on the shop floor. An argument later and some arrogance from Laura she suggested the best course of action was a refund, but as we were no longer going to be paying customers then we would have to do the 30 mile round trip to return them before they would refund me, rather than the collection I was previously promised. As a disabled customer this is poor and we certainly won’t be back. We were given a £50 voucher as a bribe to return but this will not be getting used.

We had an excellent time with Samantha, choosing new Stressless Armchairs and a small settee for our living room. Everything was explained fully demonstrating when necessary.We were treated wonderfully and nothing was any trouble, we will definitely be coming again when we need new more furniture. We dealt with Troy Ragona who gave us excellent service from start to finish we ordered a mattress so needed help with the different types
Troy was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and assisted us in making our choice
Troy made us aware of everything we needed to do when our new mattress was delivered again very useful information for customers
We won't hesitate to buy from Russell Dean again also the showroom is also a very nice environment to shop in
