Fantastic customer service from Jan, with an emphasis on attention to detail, keeping me informed, collegial yet professional and extremely proactive.
Jan found me a courtesy car when there were none to be found. She knew I had a disabled child, and went above and beyond, especially with the ongoing parts back order.
Rob was also a superstar with the actual repairs, again accommodating myself and my disabled child.

My car was referred to Russell Parry ARC for repairs by my insurers after a prang that wasn't my fault. Rob rang me that afternoon and they came and picked up my car the following morning. I was impressed how they kept me informed of progress throughout without me having to chase. Damaged areas now as good as new and a special thanks to Rob and Jan for great customer service. I was even able to leave the courtesy car there for collection. Very pleased all round.

From reading the many favourable reviews about Russell Parry, I realise I have very little to add! What I can say is that from the moment I first spoke to Jan I felt as though I was in safe hands. She was kind, compassionate and helpful throughout. While I was still in shock from my accident, she very thoughtfully put me in touch with Enterprise Epsom when car hire seemed to be yet another hurdle to jump. She did all the negotiating and I simply had to pay the hire charge and drive away without even having to think about it. Jan then kept me updated on every aspect of my repair and arranged for an MOT before my car was returned to me. I have rarely encountered such a high level of customer service. Jan and her team possess a degree of commitment which is sadly lacking in so many customer-facing organisations and they should all be commended for their dedication and desire to please. I told Jan I considered myself very lucky to have had Russell Parry as my appointed repair centre, and I mean it. I have already recommended them to family and friends, and will continue to do so. I am one very grateful and extremely satisfied customer. Many thanks to you all.

Managed to scrape back wheel arch on a post. Quite upset at what I had done. Met at garage by friendly team. Looked at it straight away. Buffed damaged area and took to workshop to finish the repair. All done free of charge. Very generous. Many thanks to Russell-parry. Paula

Jan who I believe is the receptionist was exceptional and very friendly to speak with regarding anything about the repair. The collection driver was also polite and helpful. My insurance company failed to allocate me a garage on numerous occasions, so I decided to take it upon myself to find one after my van was damaged in a storm. Renault recommended Russell Parry for approved bodyshop repairs. One phone call to Russell Parry, and my mind was made up to use this company. Jan took my phone call, and from the offset she was extremely helpful, didn't make me feel like just another customer and set the ball rolling straight away. Within 1 hour of sending through pictures of the damage, an estimate was put together and sent to my insurer. From that point on I was kept fully up to date with the whole process. Usually with companies you have to fight for updates, not with Russell Parry, you are constantly updated with progress, from estimate stage right the way through to completion. I was told there could be a delay due to parts shortages, so they were honest with me at all stages. However they managed to source the parts and have my van, repaired, cleaned and ready to go, 4 days before the estimated completion date. I'm sure the guys behind the scenes are also fantastic, as the repairs were spot on, but Jan was the shining star, she makes it almost impossible to get annoyed with the stress of having a vehicle off the road and dealing with awful insurance companies. I hope to never have a vehicle damaged again, but should the worst happen, I know where it will be repaired! Fantastic company and fantastic people. Thank you!

After finding Russell Parry as our local Ford Approved body shop, we have used them on a number of occasions as a family from a cracked light to significant damage when a car went into the back of us. Visited for the second time on Thursday 24th Feb 2022 regarding some scratches to my nearside mirror. I had been provided some very expensive quotes from the likes of Chips Away and Wilsons Epsom for the scratches. I drove into Russel Parry and requested an on-site quote. The very kind chap popped out and said it might be fine with some compound polish. Within seconds the scratches were gone and the mirror looked good as new. When I asked how much it cost, I was told not to worry as it was less than a minute's effort. Thank you for being an honest genuine garage, especially in this time when the cost of living is going up dramatically. Excellent in their trade, excellent at being good human beings. Thank you. Would highly recommend them.

I've given 5 stars mainly because the lovely Jan went above and beyond to help me.
My car was involved in an accident (whilst parked and empty), and the driver fled the scene. Jan automatically showed empathy as she could see my car was 1 month old. At a time that was stressful and confusing, she also had a sense of humour which was very much needed at the time.
No fault of Russel Parry, only manual courtesy cars were available and I can only drive automatic. Due to this there were no available cars for me. I was without a car for two weeks, however Jan was proactive in trying to source a car, until the other company Vizion Network intervened causing more issues.
Again Jan was able to see my point of view and called Vizion and Zurich as an aim to help me have a courtesy car. If she had not intervened, Zurich would not have offered to pay for a cab for me to collect the courtesy car at the garage. I am extremely grateful for this.
Although my car took a while to repair, which was due to it being a new car and bumper needed to be made, Jan regularly sent me text updates twice a week to let me know if and when the car would be ready or if there were any delays.
When picking up my car, it was a smooth transition. And although it was lovely to meet Jan, in the nicest way, I hope to not see or hear from her again 😀
