No FedEx Overnight; returning USPS too late for trip
Was on the phone off and on for 5 hours to get my application for renewal completed and mailed on Monday. I was quoted delivery for the 1 Day Processing to be the 22nd-26th. I verified that the reason I saw two FedEx Overnight charges was that it would be overnighted back to me. The Department of State tracking number I received today is USPS, not FedEx quotes a delivery on the 28th! I tried to call customer service but was given an opportunity to leave a voicemail only. There appears to have been a MAJOR miscommunication somewhere and short of a miracle, I will not be allowed on my flight on the 26th. I’m so thrilled to basically be out nearly $700 to either cancel the trip or pay excessively to move flights.

She was very clear about the process, what documents I needed to print and sign, and what I needed to include when I send the documents through the mail. She also made sure I knew when I could receive my passport. She was lovely.

I used this service as insurance, due to needing my passport quickly renewed, and they did not disappoint!! Rush My Passport delivered in a timely manner, and I was very impressed with the constant communication they gave throughout the process! I felt confident and seen. I actually felt the need to call them once during the process, because it said my paperwork had been delivered to Philadelphia, and I thought it meant my passport had somehow been delivered to the wrong address and so I called them and they immediately answered and took care of my concern, and I cannot thank them enough for that relief!!

Prompt service, totally satisfying help
My wife and I used RushMyPassport to renew our expired passports. We used the 3-week service and one passport arrived exactly three weeks from the date I placed the order, the other arrived the very next day. I called the Help service twice and was very pleased with the service. The women who answered the calls were attentive, made sure they understood exactly what help I needed by repeating my questions & concerns back to me before answering, and both gave exactly the information and instructions I needed.
