While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

FRAUD!!! SCAM!!!

DOUBLE FEES!!! THEY CHARGE A FEE THEN THE RETAILER CHARGES A FEE!!! YOU CAN’T TALK TO A PERSON BY PHONE UNLESS YOU’VE LOST YOUR CARD!!! NO LIVE CHAT FEATURE!!! IF YOU GET DOWN TO $0 BALANCE AND TRY TO CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT, THET SEND YOU A “SCRIPTED MESSAGE” SAYING THAT THE ACCOUNT WILL CLOSE EVENTUALLY AND OF COURSE THEY HAVE “INACTIVITY” FEES SO WHILE YOU’RE WAITING FOR THEIR SYSTEM TO CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT, YOU’RE HIT WITH AN INACTIVITY FEE!!! THESE PEOPLE BELONG IN JAIL!!! I HAVE CONTACTED CFPB AND TEXAS ATTORNEY GENERAL AND LODGED A FORMAL COMPLAINT AGAINST THEM!!! MY NEXT ACTION WILL BE MY ATTORNEY!!!

I would advise people to never use this…

I would advise people to never use this company EVER!!! They hold your money without explanation what so ever. Block you access to your account make you sent them important documents and allow others your information and make purchases using your money as if all the other fees weren't enough. People have even had their identity stolen while using this company. It's RIDICULOUS!!! Do not give this company the time of day it's not worth the time or energy and I will spend my last days making sure everyone is aware so they don't have to go through this frustrating ordeal.

Terrible Financial institution

They are not a bank they are bunch of people who scripted to blow you off in event of an issue. I just got $800 of my hard earn money stolen from me while talking to rush card's rep on the phone. They just reissued a card, didn't block the card, charged me for a a replacement card and did not reverse any of the 4 back to back charges that clearly indicate fraud or offer emergency funding or expedite a new car out to me. Uncaring and thrive on taking advantage of poor people.
