Dear Rushbond,
We still have no marketing budget! Your pop-up concept events/displays by the entrance of the Corn Exchange have been an utter disaster.
The music in the centre has been deliberately sabotaged to dull, slow and depressing music by Savills for what? To make the place even more empty than usual? I can tell you that is impossible.
How long do you think it will take for the press to hear what has been happening to the tenants? Tomorrow? Next week? Tenants are leaving us this month rendering the balcony over half empty, you think future tenants will want to join us? Did you know people wanting to open a business in here come see us before contacting your representatives? We tell them not to bother because we are all leaving as soon as we can because it’s terrible and Rushbond, well, don’t Rush much.
Your bar is going to look fabulous in a big, empty depressing building.
