Love the Villa and staff but need to sort out their card processing because this booking has been expensive to process
Liked the selection of properties and pricing. The staff were very helpful. Speedy response to emails. But Impossible to book through booking .com due to card with thousands of pounds available just not working. And it worked everywhere else including another villa booking. Didn’t work on your website either. Had to make numerous phone calls which cost a lot of pounds and use a card I didn’t want to use that also cost me more money.

Genuinely the most loveliest people I’ve dealt with booking a villa. As much as we had only a little communication, what we did have everyone was very helpful! I had tried to find a villa so did communicate with other companies and honestly I was so taken back by how rude some people were with my request for October 2024. Saying that it’s not possible too book for that time as it’s too far in advance and with a few emails it was sorted with your company. Having dealing with a wedding abroad and other stressful things this has helped me massively one thing ticked off! My father in law is even looking to book a villa through yous so 100% recommend to all my guests! Thanks
