I want to return my bag. Not satisfied at all with customer service. I have attempted multiple times to reach company to no avail. States website not available. Item was not the color I wanted and very very disappointing. There was a huge delay in receiving item and then it was not as advertised.
I will give a very poor review if not handled immediately. I want to return product and receive my refund to original payment.
Received my longchamp bag cut open after waiting a month. Product was destroyed during shipping. I emailed them and have not received a refund or another bag. Very bad experience. Scam.

This company is selling fake items - wish I’d read the reviews beforehand. The Longchamps pliage bag I ordered some time ago has not arrived, the tracking doesn’t work and now the company’s website is not working. At least if their website is not up and running they can’t be selling any more fakes under this company name. Not happy at all. Will file a charge back claim with my credit card company- thank god I used credit card for the purchase. But please don’t make the same mistake I did. Do not order from this company.
They sell only fake product, they don’t have vat Number. 30 days to ship a poor copy of a bag. Stay away from this SCAM
