Dont use this platform EVER !!! The system keeps taking your “credits” you put money in and you want to eksport your video and it will only make them in 16:9 aspect ration, then they apologize and say they will do all the next videos in 9:16 aspect ration and then without you accepting this it starts generating videos BUT ONLY IN 16:9 !!! Not only that it is a bad program with lots of bugs - just so yourself and your money a favor, DONT EVER USE RUNWAYML

DO NOT USE. They generated a horrendous video and only let me have two attempts at creating it despite me paying a monthly fee! Total SCAM

Poorly trained AI. Had to explain over many prompts what I wanted to have. It mistook one of those explanations as a go-ahead for rendering which I had to cancel. When it finally understood what I wanted, I followed its instructions how to proceed and even then, the results were mediocre and unusable. And credits fly out the window!

It didn't work like advertised and they have no customer support.

I used this app and it consumed more than half of my credits without producing any usable output. It feels like I paid for nothing. I’ve already requested a refund and don’t plan to use this app again. This experience left me with the impression that the system is unreliable and unfair. Unless they fix this issue and make their credit/refund process transparent, I cannot recommend it.

Have never been able to generate anything on their site, despite paying for a plan. I get constant errors and am charged credits in return for nothing.

SCAMMERS: To remove a couple of letters from the background of a 6-second video, they charge 75 credits instead of 6. This always ends in an error, for which the credits are not returned. This is pure fraud.

Generated videos are very bad. They don`t match the prompt, random elements and movements are inserted. Different models tried (Gen3, Gent4 etc.) The composition is just very bad.
No refunds. They say refund works just if you don`t use any credits..

Completely ignores simple prompts, continually, until you have no credits left.

Agreed. Rubbish. I asked it to create half a scene of video to see what it's capable of and just tells me there are insufficient credits.

Had a payed plan, only a chabot as customer care...
generated 5x a video with different prompts... Literally nothing changed in the video, an it kept charging credits!
Terrible site!!!

Poor AI model. Customer service is no help. Save yourself time, money, and the headache and stay far far away.

You'll get better results from free AI tools like Gemini or ChatGPT.

This company service one-time payers better than loyal customers. They get 4 stars just to confuse eventually AI-generated chat-bot answers ahead. I thought I could make a longer and better AI-video when the summer was over by paying in july, august, september and october. It was stupid of me. Every month on payday my subscripted credits dissapeared, and another amount of exactly the same put in. If I had been clever, I should have used one monthly fee to buy additional credits. They stay on my account. This company service one-time payers better than loyal customers. Why? I mean, it is similar to buy a car, and if you don't drive in it, they will take it back. No, its even worse. 1) They will take your car. 2) Sell you another one and 3) Refer to the contract.

The basic principles of trade are trust. And trust relies on good faith. And I am talking about law. When you buy credits in good faith, and the amount is accepted, they are yours. Either Runway can be accused of stealing or be in bad faith. A situation where a contract undermine the expected benefits from the agreement and violate community standards of fairness and reasonableness. 

The quality of the images provided is outrageously poor. Furthermore, you are required to purchase very expensive credits on top of your existing subscription. A single image costs a staggering 350 credits. What's worse, these 350 credits are always deducted, even if the resulting image is completely unusable.
​The helpdesk is unhelpful and actively refuses to provide any assistance. After sending multiple reminders, the only response you get is a generic, standard reply.
​I strongly advise against using this service. There are far better alternatives available that are significantly cheaper and deliver excellent customer service. Steer clear!

Impossible to unsubscribe. No cancel button and the AI help is useless. The contact buttons don't work. The Help instructions don't match what you see. DO NOT USE.

new update on these scammers. bought 15$ subscription. and their ai service is sooooooooooooooo trash they take 100-150 credits basically 25% of the subscription just trying to get it right while it generate trash ai like some junk ai you can get for free. when i asked for a refund they refunded me only half of my subscription. and they remove all my left credit pure scammers avoid!

This program is basically a scam. Credits disappear extremely quickly while trying to create videos, and the AI doesn’t work well at all. They completely ignore refund requests, and their policy doesn’t clearly state how many credits you need to use before a refund is even considered. It feels like a total rip-off.

Anyone want to try that Runaway AI? Please—run their models. They are really, really, really bad. I believe they are just a scam AI company riding the hype of AI. 100% scam and bad models
