Bought two shorts and a t-shirt, in retrospect I wouldn't do it again. The quality-price ratio is underwhelming to acceptable even at the constant offers (2-in-1 shorts for €33), the stitching is... See more

Customer service team changes their stories email by email as to why an order hadn’t been shipped, and then why there were more delays.
Once it did arrive, the quality is poor, the sizing is poor, there are loose threads everywhere, the thermal lining is non existent. Getting a refund out of them is a painful experience.
Will be initiating a chargeback.
Edit to add.
The company asked me to edit my review once they had eventually provided me a refund.
They provided the refund - still wouldn’t bother.
I bought the running tights and they turned out to be too small. I contacted Runnr multiple ways to return and exchange them - by emailing the address suggested in the website returns page, by replying to the order and delivery confirmation emails, and via the form on the website. I got no response after multiple weeks of trying, while still receiving marketing email every other day. I ordered from Runnr considering the product description and also to support a local business but I wonder if its a good choice considering the poor service.

Runnractive socks are a solid pick for both workouts and everyday use. They offer a secure, comfortable fit without feeling too tight, and they hold their shape well even after multiple washes. Great quality overall, backed by dependale service.
The products are decent quality - if they arrive! I have tried numerous times to contact the company about a non-delivered item but there has been no response. The shorts I have had delivered are good - shame about the missing top in the same order.

The UltraLight Performance Cap from Runnractive has quickly become my go-to for runs and hikes. With its breathable design and snug, stay-put fit, it's the perfect blend of function and style—adding comfort and confidence to every adventure.
I recently bought a pair of leggings from Runnractive and I’m really impressed. The material is incredibly soft, yet it provides great support and stays in place during workouts. The sizing was spot on, which made the fit even better. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the quality and performance.
I wanted something lightweight for daily jogging, and this cap was delivered. It dries fast and feels soft. I appreciated how easy it was to return an extra item I didn't need.
Arrived reasonably quickly but the size was much bigger than detailed on the website and the quality very poor. The only way to get a refund is to send back to china. Their preferred option is for me to take a 50% reduction or buy the right size at 70% off. I don't want to spend more!

The shorts are decent, but I would have liked the inner liners to be tighter. I have skinny legs and the liners do not grip my thighs tightly, so the phone in the pouch does jiggle around a little. I would also prefer the shorts to be longer, as they really are quite short shorts, and again, with long skinny legs they do appear very short. That said, the material quality seems good and they have washed up well, and if the inner liner was tighter they would have gotten five stars from me.
I accidentally ordered the wrong size of Activewear Shorts, but the exchange process was quick and simple. The new fit is perfect. Runnractive handled everything smoothly with fantastic customer care.
Unfortunately, an on-line ordering experience I regret. The running shorts and shirt are not my size (too small) despite the size label being XL. Customer Service is slow to respond (by email, no contact phone numbers given) and appear to use a cut-and-paste reply quoting a different problem from someone else. The options for resolution are to return the goods for an exchange or full refund (but no forwarding details provided!) or pay another 30% for a gamble on getting the correct sizes this time (yeah, right). In all likelihood, either a dreadful business model or a scam to flog rip-off copies or surplus inventory.

Delivery takes weeks and poor quality running shorts for the price.

Ordered running shorts, zip broke with 2 weeks.
I was happy to return the shorts for a new pair.
All I was offered was either a 30% refund or discount on my replacement short or a store credit.
Why would I spend more money on product that has failed in a short period of time.
Very poor product.

This is obviously a scam selling useless products from China and refusing returns. If you search their homepage you will find flaws in the text revealing something is off. The address in the USA is not their firm and has been used by other scammers. Also the many people getting ill fitting sizes and low quality clothes is a tell tale.

Customer service was helpful when I asked about sizing. The hat I ordered fits well and is super lightweight. The strap loosens a tiny bit after a long run, but it is easy to fix.
It took a bit longer to receive the item, that's acceptable. But colour and size don't match my expectations and I get no reply on my request for their return instructions (even sent the request twice).
Seems like they spent all on marketing online, and don't care about good service for the customer. Won't last long this way ...

EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE. I ordered a pair of running shorts with great expectation. They arrived in OK time to Australia but clearly the sizing is WRONG and these are not a size M but more like an XL or XXL. No reply from customer service email, tried three times so far. I just want the correct product I paid for. I have worked in the fashion industry for 20 years and know sizings and pattern grading, these are way off and in no way match the sizing portrayed in the website or on socials. FALSE ADVERTISING. IMO the size label has been stitched on after construction to falsely label the size of stock as to clear everything remaining. Where is the customer service?

Agree with others, delay in order and the sizing was wrong. No refunds accepted and only exchanges, but no exchanges if you have "changed your mind" about the size. I ordered small but clearly should have ordered extra-small. I was offered an XS to be sent at additional £10.20. To be honest, the quality isn't great - the lycra inner is very thin and poor quality and wouldn't stop my phone bouncing if running, and the outer has too much material and is hence "flappy". I wouldn't order from this company again. Based outside of the UK, and again agree with others, I am not sure that their refund/exchange practices necessarily comply with UK law, although I am no expert.

Product received is the wrong size (xs vs xl so not close)
Communication via both the given support email address and “contact us” page on the website is ignored and the phone number is unanswered

Wrong size? Swap it, no questions asked.
This is not the case, I bought the size i usually buy which is an XL they are definitely not european XL more like a medium when I asked about swapping them for the next size up they told me it came under their change of mind policy and therefore could not be swapped but offered me a deal where I could buy another pair at a reduced rate. (No Excuses Guarantee) I don't think so
