They had the cheapest price I could find and the delivery was super fast!
They use Royal Mail so no wondering parcels!
I actually had to return my original shoes as they was a bit smaller than i anticipated, but again the return service was super easy and straight forwards.

Run North West Wilmslow 10K
Got to be one of the best 10k races i have done. So well organised. Had marshals directing you to the best car parks. Race HQ had stands from the big brands and very helpful marshals in the Race HQ and on course. The pacers were amazing, and so were the residents of the houses that we passed on the route. Some were even out with hosepipes, i even stopped at one of them, just to get soaked. I will be back for the race again in November, but I don’t this we will need the hosepipes

After mistakenly ordering the wrong…
After mistakenly ordering the wrong size of trainers. I reordered the correct size, however, both pairs came very quickly. The returns process for the wrong ones was very easy and the refund was in my bank quickly.
Very professional with everything including updates on order etc.

Wow! Excellent service! I placed my order on line and realised I’d picked the wrong size trainer. I emailed the team and within an hour i received a reply saying my order had been amended.
My trainers were delivered the next day with a nice personalised postcard with my name on, saying I hope I enjoy my new trainers. This was a nice unexpected touch. There was also a small pack of sweets in there too.
My partner has previously bought from Run North West and highly recommends them.
My trainers were bought at an excellent competitive price with a nice RNW discount code.
I would definitely recommend Run North West and I’ll be using them again!
