Old school customer service in a modern world
Their prices are fantastic which is what initially made me to Run North West, the experience only got better from there
The website is easy to use and the checkout process was smooth.
Delivery is prompt and well packaged.
Opening the box to find a personal hand written note and a small pack of sweets, it's this level of customer service which is hard to come by that will not only make me a return customer but a company I would recommend to anyone looking for new shoes.

The sales assistant was extremely patient as I tried on numerous shoes. There was no pressure to purchase despite free gait analysis. She gave very helpful advice in terms of shoe selection. I eventually bought Saucony Peregrine and very happy with the whole experience

Really simple process,no issues
Really simple process, ordered from the website, my trainers arrived the next day.
The handwritten note was a lovely touch and who doesn't love a wee packet of love hearts (which was added in the delivery, that wasn't just a random statement).
Great experience and the best price available for the shoes i was after. I will definitely look to order from here again.

Goodr sunglasses scratched chrome…
I bought a pair of Goodr Sunglasses and they are great and do the job. However 1 day after receiving them, I noticed the chrome had scratched in the corner and the lens has a rough feel to it. Since taking them out of the box they have only been on my face or on my head so I’m unsure whether it is possible they were sent to me like this or something else but this shouldn’t happen a day after purchase especially when I had never put them down. The sunglasses do however do the job and keep reflection out of your eyes.
