Runnertrainers

I am reporting Runnertrainers.store for what I believe to be an outright scam. I purchased a pair of trainers through their site for £77, and what I received was clearly counterfeit: substandard materials, incorrect branding, and absolutely not as advertised.
I followed their return process exactly as outlined, but the company has ignored every attempt at contact. Despite emails and adherence to their stated terms, I've received no response, no return address, and no refund. This is not just poor service — it feels like deliberate fraud.
I'm now £77 out of pocket and highly concerned that this retailer is continuing to operate unchecked. A quick search reveals I’m far from the only victim. I believe immediate action should be taken to investigate and shut down this operation, which is likely defrauding consumers across the UK.

Don’t buy- fake store. Spent £100 on trainers and now can’t return. I’m not usually scammed - the site came up as Hoka UK…

I bought 2 pair of Hokas from this site ( it was called runnertrainers.co on 23rd March 2025)now runnertrainers.store.
These are fake trainers, they look ok but as soon as you put them on you know they are not real. No spongy sole and feel like boats. Even the box is fake so please don't waste your money. There is no way to return these and no one replies to your emails.

Can't be sure but looks like the same site as runner trainers.co moved to a new domain. Has grammer mistakes and and an unofficial looking support email
