When you sign up for the free 2 months trial you have to follow steps to activate your account. At this time you are asked if you want to sign up for the subscription service. Do be very careful, because if you decline they claim that you did sign up and charge you almost £50 which if you dispute on the very same day, they don’t accept the error and take your money anyway. Very unfair practices.

I signed up for the free training program but then had a family issue that led to putting running on hold. I saw I got charged the first month after the training program ended and immediately tried to cancel. I thought I did but then realized I was still getting charged the last three months after that, costing me another $150. I just attempted to cancel again and can only guess that it didn’t go through last time because I didn’t complete the survey afterward, which seems predatory. I am very upset and disappointed by this.

I've signed up for a free training plan almost a year ago. Almost immediately after that major change hit my life, and I wasn't exercising at all.
Two days ago I've noticed that my credit card has some weird payment I don't recall authorising - turns out I've been paying for the training plan for the last 10 months. There wasn't a single email about charges from my card from this company (there were some initially with some tips or something, but I probably have cancelled them).
The subscription cost is £50 a month. So, I've paid £500 for the thing I've never used - obviously, I've dropped a message to the support to discuss the next steps. Oh yeah, by the way, you can't cancel the subscription from the app - you also have to go to their website.
The conversation from there could go in so many different ways - "Yes, we will add an email notifying people that they are paying for this expensive subscription", "You've paid for 10 months and obviously haven't even opened the app - we can't refund you, but maybe we can give you 5(10) months for free from now on?", "You clearly haven't used app at all, we can give you a 50% refund".
Instead I've got "It's your fault, but we can give you a £50 back, oh and you MUST fill out the survey to cancel the subscription". Also, it took two days to reply (for £500 I do expect a bit faster reply than that).
So I have no idea about the app as the training tool, as I've never used it, but the app as a service is not concerned about clients, not interested in you getting better, not interested why aren't you using the app for which you are paying - they are just concerned about the money.

The trial was hit or miss.didnt receive any reminders of training for the day without checking the app. Kept getting emails to join the FB group then when I asked to join was knocked back. That's why I haven't signed up there's something not quite right about it all

I have used RunDot to support my training. Not only has it helped with my performance, but I also really enjoy the sessions! There is a lot of variation, some hard, some not so hard, but all helping to get users stronger, fitter, faster and happier!
The training can easily be coorperated into my ever changing schedule which is something I've struggled with in the past with other training plans/methods.
I love this training app, no more guess work for me of what to do next on my training schedule, it is really personalized to my own abilities which is a game changer as I don’t have to meet a generic expectation of what my performance should be like, very customized to my needs and strength/ endurance
Completed a free 2 month trial of the Complete membership while preparing for a 10 mile trail race, and paid full price for a third month at Complete. Training-wise, I felt prepared for the trail race in terms of time on my feet, but the time prediction was pretty far off despite uploading a course elevation profile to Run Dot and having a good run that day. I then downgraded to the Lifestyle membership for 5 months as I only had a 5k or 10k on my radar next. I felt well-prepared for my 5k and came close to my predicted time on race day. I remained injury-free, to boot. Would recommend RunDot for road race prep.
RunDot has been an amazing training program for me. At 63, I am able to run injury and pain free AND the program has helped me improve my times. I HIGHLY recommend the program!
Staff has been extremely helpful whenever I have had questions about the program or the app functions.
RunDot has been a game changer in my road race training. I love the workouts, the connectivity to my Garmin, and feedback! It is an essential training must-have!!
RunDot has truly been such an invaluable tool for me and my training as a relatively newer runner wanting to get into racing. I love that it’s constantly evolving based on your skill level, so it’s easy to trust the process. The strong sense of community and support has also been so incredible in my experience using RunDot.
This program helps me to stay motivated and adjusts to my fitness level. It keeps me honest to the program and easily communicates with my Garmin.
RunDot has allowed me to run at paces that I never thought were possible all while training less and staying injury free!
I have been using Rundot for 5 months and it puts together a customized running routine based on current fitness, abilities and scheduled races with priority designations. It focuses on improving aerobic fitness, muscle endurance and speed threshold. Helping you put in the miles while adapting and avoiding injury. It has changed many aspects of my running routine and structured it well, giving me a better outlook moving forward.
After running for nearly 30 years, I finally understand the importance of heart rate zones and building my cardiac base, thank goodness for this app!
If you want to see results and improvements… train with RunDot! I love how easy it is to follow the plan and that you can push to your Garmin! I achieved my goals on half marathon and did my first 50k just this weekend… trust the plan!
Great experience and training organization. The community is super helpful and knowledgeable
Platform is easy to understand. I open up the app and just do the workout! I've seen big improvements!
"RunDot has been an absolute game-changer for me! As someone with a heart condition and asthma, this app has truly transformed my fitness journey. With its assistance, I've gained remarkable control over my heart rate, effectively lowering it and boosting my heart strength. Thanks to RunDot, I've even eliminated the need for my asthma medication, as it's helped me better manage my breathing during workouts. Plus, I've noticed significant improvements in my recovery times. I can't recommend RunDot enough for anyone looking to take charge of their health and fitness!"
RunDot has been an integral part of my race training. At first I signed up to mix things up to get me out of my running slump. I now continue to use RunDot to keep me focused on training and to achieve higher goals.
Joined RunDot in December 2023 following a recommendation from a friend who had raced for GB (age group) Really enjoyed the structure of the weekly runs, support from the RunDot community and easy to follow training schedule- excited to see what 2024 brings
