I got a quick reply when I called and agent B was polite and helpful. Did not refund in full though. Stay Away from this site though. They will charge a massive ‘membership fee’ each month. Cannot emphasize that enough. Stay away!!

Scammed and my money stolen

I was scammed, i clicked on a link and somehow i landed on this webshop. They took before €15.98 and later €6.50. They recommended to fill in a positive review on Trustpilot and they will refund (exceptionally) my money, but they refunded only €6.50. i asked to refund the remaining amount but they don't want to do it. Just DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!

Somebody open an account on my name and…

Somebody open an account on my name and the company deducted the subscription fees from my account without concent or auhtorisation.

we cancelled the subscription and within 5 days Bob, one of the escalation team came back to me and informed me that the subscription is cancelled and that he will refund me the subscription fees that was taken from me.

Bob, truly came through to assist us in this matter.

This company is a scam

This company is a scam, please don't use! By agreeing to pay €2 for shipping of promotional products, in fact you are entering a membership scheme and will try to charge your card more even if you cancel. Tried to get a refund from them with no luck.
