live chat queue said position 3, then jumped to 12, then timed out. Twice while dinner cooked. Emailed instead and got a reply three days later that didn't actually answer the question.
Every login the recently-played list was empty and my favourites were gone. Small thing, but on a craked-screen tablet it meant hunting for the same game every time. Never got fixed.
