Fantastic dietician!

I have just begun my journey with Rumen have started consulting with the dietician Dominic Gallo. Dominic has been fantastic! With every consultation he has shown his extensive knowledge all things diet and nutrition related. I felt heard, supported and not judged. I cannot wait to continue working with Dominic to support my goals.

Great Support

I’ve had a fantastic experience with Rumen so far. From the beginning, the support and professionalism have stood out—especially from Dominic, the head dietitian. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient with all my questions, and offered clear, tailored guidance to help me navigate my meal plans.

Thanks to his expertise and encouragement, I’ve started the program with confidence and I’m already seeing amazing results. I feel healthier, more energised, and motivated to keep going.

Highly recommend Rumen for anyone looking for support.
