You dont have Finnish customer service and i dont understand why you dont use Google translation but IT IS you broplem.

Magnificent retromode Mercedes S300
1. The product (kid´s e-car, Mercedes S300) was exactly as it was described on the website. 2. Reasonable price. 3. Some spareparts available. 4. Fast delivery to Finland.
Unfortunately an owner is 2-years old and he can´t give feedback as a test-driver.

Very slow response time in customer…
Very slow response time in customer support e-mails. Does not want to talk in phone even like that things clear out and get understood more easy than with one e-mail reply per week (if lucky).
Does not believe user. Does not let or have motivation to let user to help to clear out the confusion and misunderstanding. For example talking with video call with customer and discussing and seeing the problem about the spare parts needed.
Order is paid but all spareparts that are paid are not sent.
