Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, altogether a good company to buy from.

We needed to buy appliances at very short notice , the service and products available were second to non, a vast range of products and prices to fit all pockets , the installation on the day was exceptional and friendly, it pays to shop local in our opinion, thanks guys (ruislip)

I needed a new fridge and dishwasher especially the fridge as it packed up on me and with the heatwave it was rather important I bought the right one as soon as possible.

As I have used Ruislip Appliances before I visited their shop and they could get me anyone I wanted but they did not press me for a sale. I found them very helpful and conscious of my needs and financial budget.

They came up with the right selection and delivered them within a couple of days.

They took away my old items and were very cheerful and obliging men.

In an era where everybody is driven by the criteria of price in the decision making process...and the quality of customer service has started to disappear. It is good to meet a company which still ticks all the boxes.

I have had a great deal of trouble sourcing a gas hob and oven. To cut a long story short, John Lewis let me down twice; 1. failing to deliver their side of the bargain regarding a 55cm standalone gas cooker; 2. providing sub-standard advice on the type of built in hob and cooker to go for (essentially the partner at John Lewis didn't seem that bothered to help find and supply a gas cooker for me).

What a breath of fresh air it was to walk into Ruislip Appliances and be greeted with reassuring advice that they could help me and that the ten minutes spent in the shop would solve my problems relating to the hob and oven. Only armed with my smart phone, I was ale to demonstrate my predicament with our new house,namely it had a delapadated gas hob and oven in need of removing and a new one installed. I thought it would be a difficult task but no, in less than 10 minutes, I had on order a new gas hob and double under oven with contact details of installers who could come round to the house at my convenience to install these products.

What a great way to shop; taking the hassle out of buying large and expensive household appliances by providing local electricians/plumbers/gas fitters.

I paid a little bit more than I expected but realised immediately that the staff at Ruislip Appliance know a lot more than me about this type of thing.

Staff were knowledgeable and helpful. Every question we had was quickly answered, delivery was arranged at a mutually convenient time, and (as we live a fair distance from the store) the delivery drivers loaded the appliance in to my Dad's car for him to deliver to our house. Would recommend, and will certainly use again!

I am in the middle of a house refurbishment and due to some late changes the date of my kitchen installation needed to be dramatically brough forward. This was complicated further by an impending small person arrival- a house with no working kitchen is not a good place to be at such a time . I rang Ruislip Appliances and their diverse selection of products plus a deep level of understanding of the most appropriate appliances to meet my requirements, meant the units were delivered and in place within 3 days of my call. I cannot recommend the overall level of service highly enough. Now all I need is a bathroom and the new addition can finally reveal itself! Trust me, if Ruislip Appliances did bathrooms, I would be looking no further.

Despite not living local to the area the service we have received so far has been first class with any little question answered over the phone and on one occasion the engineer came out for a 10 minute job arrived at the time stated with a round trip of over 100 miles all for the cost of a cuppa. Now that is what customer care is about.

Excellent service when we ordered a new Siemens IQ100 tumble dryer - it was at the best price we found, delivered free and they collected our old unit free as well! The delivery guys also stacked the new dryer on top of the washing machine which was extra helpful. The sales people I spoke to were great and I was kept in contact at all times regarding the order and delivery. Couldn't ask for better service and Ruislip were so much better than ordering from those faceless 'superstores'.

We were not sure what oven to choose. After looking round for a while we were offered help by a staff member. When we told him what we were after and what space we had, he looked at us and said "what colour do you want?" we replied "white" and he said "you need that one." That made the decision easy - so we bought it and are very pleased with it. Thank you Ruislip Appliances a place to trust.

I needed a replacement dishwasher. Neff didn't have one in the UK. You had an equivalent Bosch in stock. And arranged installation the same day. Excellent service.

Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I bought the product and they delivered the same day and also took away the old appliance. On top of that I saved £70 on the price. I would recommend them to anyone and use them again.

We were really glad we chose Ruislip Appliances as the staff were informative and helpful, and made our choice easy. Fell down a bit with delivery though. We were buying a cooker as old one had blown up completely and every day we waited was another day with nothing to cook on, absolutely nothing. Then our delivery date was not noted down and we waited in all one day to no avail. This meant even more days with no cooking facilities. Final delivery was made with little comment ( Zanussi men, not Ruislip App) and now all is fine, cooker's good, and we hope will continue so for many a day.
