The delivery service was excellent and the package arrived right on time. However, the quality of the product itself is very poor. The rug sheds constantly, even after 5 months of use, which makes it very disappointing. Great service, but a bad product.

Some wool rugs can shed naturally during the first period of use, especially when new, but we completely understand that excessive shedding over several months can become frustrating and affect the overall experience.

I have ordered carpets through Rugvista…
I have ordered carpets through Rugvista several times. The product has always been the same as in the pictures. The selection is large and the categories are well-designed, which makes it easier to choose. I often buy carpets that can be washed in the washing machine because of children and dogs. The quality of the carpets is decisive because they do not lose their original color in the wash. Delivery is free, which I like, and always on time. I am very satisfied and will order a carpet through Rugvista again.
