The ease with which to purchase my choice of rugs, and excellent selection.

Terrible experience

I had a terrible experience with Rugs.com. They shipped me the wrong rug, blue instead of green. No matter how many pictures I send to the rugs and labels, they would not believe it was the wrong rug. It also come all folded up instead of rolled even though the non-slip pad was neatly rolled. In order to return these for credit I have to take it to a UPS store. This rolled up pad is 8 ft long, how do it get that in my compact car??? I will never do business with this company again and I do not recommend it. I would doubt that these possible reviews are real!

I bought several rugs from Rugs.com a few months ago. They are wonderful and are of great quality. I just ordered another, a larger rug to replace one from another company. I look forward to having the new rug under my feet!
Also, my dog loves the two circular rugs that I purchased. He spends much time on one and then goes to the other. Thank you for making him comfortable!

Easy shopping

This was my first experience with Rugs.com. The online site was easy to navigate and offered a lot of variety for me to see. I selected a rug that was very reasonably priced, after seeing similar rugs for higher prices elsewhere. I appreciate that the shipping price for a faster delivery was not a burden. After our youngest grandson spilled his milk again this morning, I am ready for a new rug!

Had an issue with rug pad slipping. Customer service handled it promptly and immediatly gave me a credit to make a different purchase.

We prefer Rugs.com to all other sites to buy rugs. Quality, pricing and customer service are all excellent. We have ordered several different times.

I believe I was able to easily view 25 pages (I believe this website will keep giving you pages if you keep loading).
