I am very disappointed with the whole…

I am very disappointed with the whole experience. Firstly I made an error measuring my space so the rug was too big. Rugs Online wanted almost half the cost of the rug to return it. I did argue and said I wanted a swap for a smaller size and don’t believe I should be charged so much. In the end I said forget it as I will try and sell it privately. On November 30 I purchased my second rug, it is now 22 December and I still haven’t received it. Apparently it’s been sitting in the depot very close to home. I can’t talk to anyone nor do I get a response by email. I will not purchase from Rugs Online again. There is no such thing as free shipping with these people. Honestly next time I will shop locally which is what I should have done in the first place.

This review is about the carriers this company using to deliver. I purchased a lovely rug (hopefully as yet unseen) advised delivery would be DX Express three times this company has given me dates for delivery then on the expected date texted mid day to advise unable to deliver please rebook arrange ? If only it were that simple, tried ringing each time holding for 25-45 minutes no answer experiencing lots of calls apparently 😂. Only option is to book online, done this each time chose a day, guess what “unfortunately unable to deliver today please choose a date and re book delivery “.
