My order placed on Aug 5th was finally received on Aug 23rd and it included two neat combs to soften the delay, which was appreciated..

Turns out my delivery address had not registered correctly on the site order form and I didn't pick that fact up initially..

So due to hickips rugged's end and a messup my end the order took just shy of 3wks to be delivered..

But the products are outstanding and despite my experience I would give this site the benefit of doubt and try one more order, as to be fair mistake happen and I do like supporting startups..

Placed my order over a month ago and still nothing arrived. Contacted them via email a few weeks into not receiving the order and they mentioned that a shipment had been lost, so expect a delay or a refund if i choose, but i was willing to wait. A week or so later and still nothing, emailed them and its been over a week with no reply. Its a real shame as the website really caughty my eye, never heard of rugged nature products before but they looked promising, unfortunatley now not so much :(.

Wow, what amazing products. I love the focus they have on being as eco-conscious as possible.
Their customer service is impeccable too. I accidentally ordered to the wrong address and within the same day, they replied telling me that it's all been sorted. So friendly and kind!! I will be a regular customer, for sure.

Having used the hair clay for a couple of weeks, I am really pleased with the product. It gives a good hold and due to the natural ingredients, my hair and scalp definitely feel better. Having not used a clay before, I raised a question re application and was contacted by the company very quickly who gave some really helpful tips. Great product and first class customer service. I was looking for a natural product as I suffer from eczema and asthma and came across this indie brand. Love the lemongrass hair wax - gives just the right hold, doesn't look greasy at all and it is lightly fragranced with completely natural essential oils that doesn't set my asthma off (the web site says it was developed by two brothers who's normal hair products were killing their mum off!).
