Customer service took too long to…
Customer service took too long to respond. I waited 2 times an entire day at home for the rugs to be picked up and no one showed up. Was not given a time window either when to expect the pickup. Carpets looked much nicer in the photos online than in person.

Extra costs and no refund on return!!!
Had to rreturn the rug, which lead to unferseen costs (ruggable let's you pay for the return trip).
What's worse, I sent the rug back weeks ago - and never got my money refunded!!

As for the return costs, since we offer free outbound shipping to customers, we had to establish a return processing fee to cover the cost of shipping packages back to us as well as the labour involved in inspecting all returned rugs! I know this doesn’t change the fact that we have a return processing fee but I hope this explanation helps reduce your frustration.

Unresponsive customer support
Unresponsive customer support. Never received any tracking or any order status. Only after 2 weeks I managed to get some response saying it would take one month to be dispatched and another month to be delivered, what was never warned. That, together with some reviews saying one gets to pay custom duties (despite being "Ruggable Deutschland" the rugs are manufactured and shipped form US), made me think twice and I cancelled my order. Cancellation was okay and I got my money in two days.

As our rugs are made to order, we expect the orders to be dispatched within 1 to 2 weeks of the order being placed. The shipping time is approx. 1 to 2 weeks (total delivery time: 3 to 4 weeks).
The price that you see on the product page is the only price paid. The price includes shipping costs, duties and VAT at a rate of 19%. No additional costs will be charged on the stated price.

What an amazing product!
We got 2 carpets from the Iris Apfel line, beyond the uniqueness and the beauty of the product, it's so easy to use.
One of our concerns (after reading reviews) was the potential complexity of rolling and unrolling the washable textile, I can assure you it's easy and straightforward.
We got 2 different paddings, the thicker padding is just so comfortable for a kitchen runner and highly recommended.
As an owner of 2 dogs, being able to wash the carpet from time to time is a major advantage. I've already done so once, and the carpet kept its high quality.
Top product from A to Z, price, delivery, quality and more. Can only recommend and I don't see a reason to search for carpets anywhere else.

Not as easy as it seems
I like how the rug is packaged, but it is much more difficult to unroll and stick the carpet on the sticky mat underneath. It’s difficult to get the same amount of overhang on each side, and if there is too much on one side, it’s very noticeable and doesn’t look great.

I wish I never ordered it.
I got a runner for my kitchen. I was influenced by social media, and I really liked the idea that it's washable as I live with a dog. However...
1, It looks different from the picture: I got a lighter design, however it looks like a carpet that was washed a million times. It's super faded and it looks like it has fold marks as well?!
2, The bottom part-top part thing is a NIGHTMARE. The bottom part is smaller, I guess so it's easier to put the top part on, however the top part has pockets on all 4 sides which are therefore completely USELESS, as if you match them on one side, you'll never match them on the other side. That would be fine, however they are super visible. The pockets. Gives the whole thing a cheap look.
3, This carpet is one of their smallest sizes and it's still virtually impossible to fit the two parts together without it being bumpy. I cannot imagine how this would look with a bigger item. Again, a cheap look.
4. I got it cause it's washable and dryable but I'm already dreading washing and drying it, thinking how bloody hard it will be to attach the two parts without it being ugly.
The only reason for two stars and not one is because the customer service was super lovely and attentive when I needed to update the order. Shoutout to Alina!
I'm not sending it back because it took me a while to unpack it and have a proper look + threw away the box during the moving process. So here I am, disappointed, with my very very expensive rug. Not great.

Sadly, we cannot guarantee that our Rugs will come the same color as shown in the pictures on our website, as sometimes monitors will have a slightly different color representation. That is also why we offer samples for our different designs, so that each customer can get an idea about our Rugs.
Furthermore, we are sorry that you had problems placing your Rug. Our Rug Pads are specifically designed to be slightly smaller than our Rug Covers. This allows the edges of the Rug Cover to taper to the floor and, if shrinkage occurs, the Rug Pad still remains out of view. These corners are designed to weigh down the rug and ensure that the rug lays flat on the floor. Please try to wash the Rug Cover and then see the outcome, it should better.

Good after-sale customer service
The process took longer than expected due to shipping issues mit FedEx. Ruggable (thank you Alina) solved it and then we got our order sent.
As far for the product, it is already on our living room but still have not washed it. Gotta say, It looks good!

Ruggable Rug System is designed in two pieces to make it easy to wash and clean it. What is more, having one Rug Pad, you can change designs of Rug Cover as often as you wish!

Be aware! This company cheats. I ordered three carpets, one had to be returned. If you live outside the US they don’t care about you as a customer at all. E-Mails are being ignored. You’re not able to return the item as they do not answer your request. I’ve been trying to reach them for almost ten days now and write 5 E-Mails to them. The behavior of this company from the US is a total disgrace.

Fast reply and they made a replacement order.
This order was correct and I could also keep the carpet which was wrong.

I’m very happy with the rug
I’m very happy with the rug. High quality. True to picture online. Thin, but that’s what we wanted over floor heating and with a roomba vacuum. You can add thicker padding if need be. The standard is enough for us and we are on the floor all day with the kids. Was shipped faster than expected and the delivery service was friendly in coordinating a personal drop-off. Straightforward assembly. Although it would have been even easier with a second set of hands (very large rug). Already had to spot clean and a wet washcloth did the trick. Haven’t tried it in the washing machine yet.
I would order more rugs from Ruggable, but we are trying to reduce our carbon footprint, and these ship from California, which I hadn’t realised when I ordered it.
