Nice Rug, colours are as expected

The rug looks very nice, and it's so soft!

Rug was delivered quickly and the quality is excellent, matching that of like for like systems but at a lower cost. I have had to spot clean it a couple of times already and it cleans easily.

I am very pleased with my rug. It is exactly what I ordered. The colours from the adverts are very close to the actual product and they blend into my room beautifully. The delivery was on time and there was excellent tracking information

We ordered a couple of rugs because the pricing was great, and the washable feature seemed ideal for areas like under the dining table and in the kitchen.

Unfortunately, once they arrived, the quality of the fabric and print wasn’t quite to our taste, so we decided to return them.

We initiated the return through the RE website, but after three attempts to contact customer service, we still hadn’t received a response. We repeatedly received automated emails stating the office was closed and listing office hours, despite contacting them during those stated hours, and no reply came within the promised 24-hour timeframe.

After posting a negative review on Trustpilot and reaching out via Facebook, RE customer service finally responded. From that point onward, they were very quick in handling the refund and providing the return labels.

Fast delivery, great choice online and the result is really nice and soft. I recommend the thicker option and will very likely order here again!

We received our rug, the Gaia vintage pattern rug in grey, exactly 1 week after ordering. This is a few days earlier than we were originally notified. It is exactly as we expected and feels soft underfoot as we ordered the faux wool version. It appears to be a printed rug which we are very happy with and it fits in great with our colour scheme. The colour on the website shows the actual colour very well. We have never ordered a rug on line before as have always felt we would like to see what we're getting first. However, there are very few places near us that do larger rugs so we decided to take a chance. We'll now be looking to see if we can get another rug for a different room.

I ordered a rug for the living room (2x3.30), delivery was fast , rug looks the same as in the photo , really good quality. I looked for the rug suitable for the household with dogs , and it is a very good option , easily washable , took its shape (after being packed ) within one day.

Fantastic choice and it arrived quickly and easily. I found the edges of the longer runners tend to need a bit of re-arranging for a few weeks until they settle down without curling or crumpling at the edges, but the under rug layer helped hugely

Fast shipping and delivery. The rug itself (Henrietta) is amazing: soft, washable, easy to vacuum and doesn't get stained easily. I love it! And my dog loves it too!!
