The machine was excellent it did everything that was expected, and renting the machine was fast and very easy and so was the return of the rug doctor machine

The cleaning went reasonably well. However, about every 30-60 seconds, the light would come on indicating that the cleaning fluid was low. This happened even when the tank was completely full.

The more egregious problem was that the unit was not checked properly before it was put back up for rent. Apparently, whoever had used it before had cleaned up poop and didn't empty the machine before returning it. So, after I loaded the unit in my car, it sloshed out some. I'm still trying to get the smell of poop out of my car!

The warning lights for both tanks would stay on regardless the entire time. Initially, I filled the tank with water and solution and ensured the other tank was empty, yet when the machine was turned on--both the red warning lights stayed on. Very disconcerting throughout the entire 4 hour cleaning process

Easy to rent process

Once I found out how to unlatch the handle it went well. No problem.

I used this vacuum when living in my apartment my senior dog would have accidents on the carpet i got my full security deposit back

As an update to my recent review on the non-arrival of my carpet cleaning machine, I have to report that Customer Services, in the person of Owen, dealt with the situation very well, listening, understanding, offering alternatives and an instant refund. I might give them another try sometime. Thank you, Owen

The machine didn’t really do anything other than wet the carpet.

The ground on the plug was broken off when we got it. How regularly do these get inspected?

Everything was easy to do, the cleaner worked excellent. And I was able to do all 6 rooms in the house with no problem.

In the last week I have rented a Rug Dr and a Bissell for my stores. The Rug Dr didn't do nearly as well.

Machine was absolutely disgusting!!! I, MYSELF, had to take 2-3 hrs that I shouldn't heen shampooing with...cleaning the damn machine. Get iy cleaned and guess what?!?! The DAMN MACHINE DIDNT WORK!!! Step up ur game Rug Doctor!!! You're supposed to be "the best" shampooer out there....my $80 bissell I found on clearence, out did yall a couple weeks ago when this happned🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️ Sad thing is, I would still love to try rug doctor out....I will take a free 24 hr promo code for me having to professionally clean your machine....and still not.

The Rugdoctor machine was not working up to 100%. The brush beater motor would not run. I checked for a clog and the motor belt.
The problem is with the motor itself.
I left a note on the machine, so the Kiosk service person would see the problem, and remove the machine from service until it is repaired; otherwise, the next person to rent the machine will also have a bad experience.

I love using a Rugdoctor.

I will have to say that using the rug doctor kiosk was simple and easy end it was affordable.There was just one issue, when I went to clean the filter inside of the dirty water tank it was difficult to release the filter and put it back into position. Other then that, the entire experience was easy and it really really cleaned the dirty carpets that we serviced.😀👍🏽

I rented a machine and I got it home and it didn’t work. The brush up front didn’t work, and didn’t spray water. I had to take it all the way back 45miles without getting the carpet clean. The return went great and the people I talked to were great I just think the machine should be checked out before they are rented out.

The only thing I didn’t like about it was emptying the tank. There should be a better way empty it
