Big cumbersome and really tricky to get the hand attachment on. Tripped the electrics leaked everywhere. I abandoned it and didn’t charge them for the clean. Save your money and get something else

Very easy and straightforward to book a machine. It's great that they are available in different locations for convenience.
The machine is very easy to use and so powerful that one go is enough to remove tough stains. My living room and bedroom now smell amazing.

Using the PIN to return it worked perfectly, but the company should send a final email so customers know the rental is officially closed.

I was very disappointed with the condition of the Rug Doctor I received. It arrived covered in dog hair and was dirty, so I had to spend an entire hour cleaning and disinfecting it before I could even use it. Customers should not have to clean rental equipment before using it. I expected the machine to be properly cleaned and ready to use.
