Easy to use, difficult to move around

The booking process was quick and easy. The Rug Doctor was simple to collect and use, and the instructions were clear. It cleaned my carpet very well, and I was pleased with the results. I would definitely recommend this service.

Easy and accessible made all the difference.

The machine is very efficient but it is quite heavy so lifting it into a car for example is a challenge. The operational instructions are clear but because of the need to pull the machine whilst in action it again requires a lot of physical effort. Having said that the end result is impressive

Great machine . Simple to use. Cleaned carpets well. Left the carpets damper than I thought it would. But overall pleased with the results. Hired from Tesco. Solution was £10.99 for a litre - so you need to add that cost into the total cost. But a lot cheaper than having someone in to do it.

The vacuum cleaner and stair attachment was not very clean when I picked it up at the store.

Easy to book, easy to collect.
The machine was absolute fantastic and was so easy to use would recommend this to anybody.

Machine was not in locker for pick up , had to go back to store again.

Once I got the machine, it liked and always have the simple mess of using it and also collecting it and dropping it off however, this time when I went to collect my machine it was not in the locker. Although the lady on the phone found me an alternative at the store which I appreciated this is very time consuming and not fair when you’ve paid for something and it’s not there.
My suggestion would be the person not bringing it back in time should receive an additional charge that should then be reimbursed to the person who wasn’t able to collect the machine at the time they had it signed out for.

I ordered and paid for it online, and collected from my local Range shop. The process was very simple, and there was no queueing, just collected with a code from a stand.
Using the machine was simple, once I read all the instructions. I did two bedroom carpets and they look as good as new, then took it back to the shop and put it back and locked the door. Simple 😁.

Did what it said on the tin great. Booking on line a disaster. Diverted to insurance. God knows whose got my card details now. Can, t book in stores so phone number on leaflet. So easy.

I found this service easy to use and my carpets are much cleaner after using the machine. No problems with using the carpet cleaner. Found the shampoo a bit pricey. Unfortunately when I got the cleaner out the locker it had not been cleaned by previous customer. Brushes covered in dirt and hairs. Water container had not been rinsed out. And the tray where you put the shampoo had not been emptied.! I had to get staff from Tesco to help me empty all the water before it went into my car, then clean the machine before I could use it. Disgusting that people could leave it this way. This has put me off hiring this product in the future.

Rented the rug doctor and one got hit home the machine was dirty and full of hair should have to clean something before you use it

Easy to order and collect. Happy with the results, dries quickly although I always use it late in the evening.

Cleaner was not emptied for being put back, car is now soaked in water and caused problems, with smell, cleanliness and just overall damage

Email confirmation said between 8am to 6pm 7th September. Without being notified delivery date changed to 8th. So another day staying in. No customer consideration at all.
