On December 4, 2016, I placed an order for a vaporizer. It was not until after I submitted payment that a message popped that the item was on back order. I waited two months and still have not received my order. I decided to call the number listed and received a recording which in essence stated that back orders would be delivered, and advised patience because refund would take even longer. I left voice messages expecting a response. I also sent several emails inquiring about my order and written to them twice and included receipts and order forms on both occasions. I have heard nothing nor have I received anything and this is now the 28th of February. I regret that I made the purchase using my debit card. This is probably why Ruffhouse Studios did not see the need to respond. If the day comes that I'm ever in California, you can bet they will be seeing my face. Order from them at your own peril.

Made two orders a few days apart, the first one I had to call on to find out what was taking so long the other I had to cancel for same. I wont be dealing with them again.
