I ordered my grandson clothes on 9/28 and received one out of 5 items with no updates or explanation
I've had to call daily because their tracking will tell you in transit and delivery by end if day then disappear
When you track it manually its in another state
The generic robotic response when you call customer service is it takes 7 to 10 business days
They can care less or don't care to look into the matter
Ridiculous, I've bought clothes from other places afterwards and have already received
Never again
No wonder they're rated d minus with bbb

I was at the Jamestown New York store 01268 and the cashier named Everina was amazing and even convinced me to get this perfume that smelled so good! She did so great thank you!!

When purchasing online order they are charging me 20% sales tax. It didn't make sense to me why my check out taxes was so high. In my city it should be 10.25% and after I added what they were charging me it came out to 20%

This is the only site I trust to get my jeans/ shorts from. My weight fluctuates OFTEN and sizes 14-16 fit, and fit well! There has been 1 out of the many perchance that weren't 5 out of 5 stars. The rest? 10 out of 10. Just got two pair during the sale and I am deeply impressed!

Went to rue today was not even greeted. Store manager and another employee ran to the back when they say myself and my daughter. Very rude the whole time we were in there. The cashier at the front seem like she did not want to be there.

They talked me in circles and never fixed the problem I was having with my Rue21 gift card (it kept saying "inactive" and wouldn't let me use it on their website). To this day, they won't let me use the card, despite claiming that gift cards "never expire" and me even having the receipt for the card.

I understand that people move items around in the store. But the employees should really try their best to stay on top of this. And yes I do know that it is hard for the employees to do all this plus take of people. But I wasn’t even told that some of the items weren’t on the buy one get one half off until after I paid. And the one shirt was apart of the deal but the other one wasn’t. And no one told me that it wasn’t. Because it was sitting with the other shirts that was apart of the deal! I’m not happy with what happened. Something should have been said by the employee. Just to double check with the customer, to make sure that they know.

I started buing from this online store recently, & I absolutely love it! They have a great selection of clothes, jewelry, etc that fits within my budget. I would definitely recommend it. I'm so glad I discovered Rue 21.

Please do not do business with rue21. I purchased a gift and when I called to find out where it was they told me they had no account for me. The money was taken out of my account. I am working with my credit card to dispute the transaction. They informed me a fraud alert has already been placed on the transaction. So they have stolen $75 from me. Why are they still in business????

First they advertised a lot about their offers and when I ordered then they just like that decided to cancel all of my orders.

Such a sham.

The manager at the store location in Auburn,Wa ( The Outlet Collection) watched my daughter shop the whole time in the store, not once did he or the sale associates offer to help find what she was looking for like they did others in the store. He made a shopping experience out to be the worst day. My daughter felt targeted because of the color of her skin, and felt like she didn't belong in the store. When she moved to a different part of the store he did too. They need better customer service/cultural awareness training. Will never shop at that store again. That manager definitely doesn't belong in retail.

The staff there are always so friendly and helpful! The clothes are super cute and reasonably priced.

I've ordered a few things from rue21. The first thing I ordered, a plaid dress, came in a reasonable amount of time and in good quality. So, I ordered a necklace for my friend for her birthday, but the necklace broke 2 weeks later. I contacted support to get a refund because no way should something break THAT easily, and they issued me a $2.97 refund, even though the necklace was close to $7. I let it slide, but the next time I ordered something from them (another dress), it was too big on me, but when I looked into returning it, there was no packaging receipt in the bag it was shipped in. I once again contacted support, and for 2 weeks, they never got back to me. I had to drive 30 minutes to the closest rue21 store and get my money back, which was pretty frustrating. I'd say just shop somewhere else.

I ordered my items and without notifying me an item was cancelled they charged me for the full order. Once my order was received they sent me 4 items one of which was not on the order confirmation slip and was not one I had purchased. I called to get my refund for the cancelled item and to get a refund for the wrong item sent. I explained I had only received 3 out of 5 items and had an additional not ordered item. They issued credit for the cancelled item but 'escalated' the issue with the wrong item being sent. Refused to issue credit until I return the wrong item. I escalated to a supervisor which took forever to answer the phone and they agreed to a return credit for the wrong item immediately. I will never order from this merchant again. It is too much of a headache.

I used to absolutely love Rue 21 and used to shop at their store at my local mall often. I had ordered a couple items during one of their sales and I had realized they didn't ship my bralette or my eyelash curler that I had paid for. I had emailed their support and didn't get a response until 2-3 weeks later and they told me that the weight is what it was supposed to be and that I would not get a refund for the items and they wouldn't send the items. I'm very disappointed in this company especially because I used to love buy from their stores but after this I will not be buying from them again. You'd be better off shopping at Mandee. They have similar clothes and actually ship your items.

Waiting for my package was very disappointing. It took two whole weeks. No one contacted me back when I reached out. The package label was made 6 days before they sent the package out. I started to think I wasn’t getting my items. It sucks because the actual store is the reason I decided to shop online

I absolutely love Rue 21 with all my heart. However, I feel like they need an app since the website is pretty slow and doesn't let you save clothing. Other than that, it's amazing !! All my orders came so fast, and the plus size section is lovely.

I will definitely be ordering my shirts from here from now own . Amazing clothing I placed a order at 1:30 am and paid for next day shipping and got my clothes the very next day just like I wanted reading theses reviews I just don’t understand my experience on the phone with them was great I thought I wasn’t gonna get
Next day shipping but the customer service representative explained to me that my package was out for delivery it just wasn’t popping up yet, their customer service is wonderful they’re very polite they’re very understanding they’re very conversational they are a “customers come first” type of Business DEFINITELY RECOMMEND.

Customer Service Sucks. Bought items for my teenage daughter and never received them. Rue21’s customer service had a general response ready which essentially said kick rocks. I know that we are in Covid times, and people are on edge more than they usually are but to know that this place can so easily say FU to a customer is disheartening. Trust, believe, and depend on me letting the world know about this Rue21. Bad move. I really hope that people see my sincerity in this and stay away from ordering online from you. Your company sucks.
