I was so impressed with the service by everyone at RUDRA centre. Puja service was live streamed and the pundit ji involved me in the entire process. They sent photos and videos at the same time.
I was guided given the right pujas and also they send puja samaan.

Contrary to what the business says the business does not aim to help people, it is all about money. Please think carefully before purchasing anything from this site. My enquiry with this company has been ongoing from 18 June and a refund processed for under value of item, even though all shipping, duties and returns cost were born by myself. I ordered a puja online..to attend it in person at a very busy temple location..they organised a very beautiful experience and the team took excellent care of me and my family who travelled a long way to get there.

Ordered in mid March, it's 17th may now and still haven't received the product after getting a defective yantra twice, now they claim it's blue darts fault but at the same time are unable to provide any proof for it.

I'm an Indian from London, UK, and have been a loyal customer of Rudraksha Ratna for an extended period. Recently, I made a substantial purchase, Order ID: 307833BO0201,exceeding INR 30K. Unfortunately, I must express my disappointment as one of the items, a java bead rudraksha bracelet, does not meet the expected standard. The bracelet arrived with a loose elastic, rendering it impractical for wear as it constantly slips off. This oversight strongly suggests a lapse in quality checks prior to dispatch.

Upon reaching out to Rudraksha Ratna, I was dismayed by their response. Instead of taking responsibility and offering a replacement, they chose to deflect blame, insinuating that the issue lies with me. Their defense rested on the assertion that they shared photographs of the item before dispatching. However, discerning details from images is a challenging task.

This experience contrasts starkly with their purported commitment, as outlined on their website, to assist individuals through spiritual means. The evident shift towards a commercial focus is regrettable. In light of this, I have decided to sever my association with Rudraksha Ratna moving forward. I feel compelled to share this review so that my fellow Indians are aware of my experience

I order a Surya Grahan Dosh Nivaran Puja for me and it was really special that i could attend the puja online. I could talk to the pandits en they were really busy doing the pooja for me. I have never seen a pooja like this. I am really impressed and it was a blessing for me. Everything was so good organised and i felt so blessed by this pooja. Pandit Narinder made me feel better. Thank you pandit Narinder and the Rudra centre to make this happen. I really feel better. I advice everyone who dealing with problems to share this with rudra centre and they will advice you what pooja is best for you!
