Rude Dog Food Reviews 

I have been using Rude Dog Food for my puppy Pixel (who I want the best for) for a few months now and have been so pleased with the quality of the food and efficiency of the packaging/delivery. Pixel's hair and skin is so smooth, glowing and his poo not smelly which is a reflection of the quality and nutritional benefits of the food.

PLEASE NOTE UPDATE

Unfortunately, the after sale customer service is unacceptable. I received my order already partially thawed and did refuse to refreeze to be able to feed it to my 8 month old Spanish Mastif puppy. I contacted the company and was told it would be absolutely fine. The food contained salmon and chicken so I did not agree and asked for an agreement to get at least a partial refund. Have not yet received a reply. The food has gone to the dump.
I'm sure the food is great but I think you have to live close to the actual depot so you can receive it in good, frozen condition.

Update:
Today I received a call from one of the founders of Rude Dog Food. We had a lovely conversation and I explained why I believe the food was thawed. It is just because the distance between the company and my address and there is no real overnight delivery service. He graciously offered me a full refund and I think this small company is doing great things for healthy and happy pups.

Arrived next day as promised and my dog absolutely lives it

Tried may brands but my dogs love this and they are fussy eaters. Also i don't have to worry about adding to their raw diet to ensure they have all the nutrients they need as its all included. Very pleased with purchase

I loved the very easy ordering from a great selection, and prompt delivery all refrigerated. my acutely fussy older dog devoured his first sample and pushed his bowl around - ( not seen for so long ). He loved the food it was clear. He is still terribly fussy but we aren't having to add sausages or anything else to tempt him, so we are all much happier with his diet now, and testing out his favourite ingredients.

I have fed Raw food for a while, this is the best quality I have found and made extremely simple to serve up with the packaging

Can’t believe the change Rude Dog Food has made to my older Spollie (spaniel crossed with a Collie - happy mistake!).

The food is superb. Brilliant packaging - easy to store in the freezer, just take out a couple and stick them in the fridge to defrost and she has half a pack a day. Chows it down.

It’s a natural way to feed your dog - her coat is better - her teeth are better - and her mobility has improved vastly.

Excellent customer service and incredibly decent people with values and morals that exemplify why we love them.

And their support for the National Foundation for Retired Service Animals just goes to the show the enormous heart these guys have. Thank you!

Good quality food, fast efficient service

Absolutely brilliant service from Rude Dog Food! I wasn’t sure which food would be best for my 10-month-old pup (stay on puppy or go for adult), and they were so helpful in guiding me. Super-fast response and my order was out the door in no time. My puppy loves the food too, which is a bonus! Highly recommend this company to everyone, great products and even better customer care.

Ive just got a rescue dog called doug and he was a tad underweight so I wanted to give him good quality fo9d that is good for him , I wasn't sure if he would like it so I mixed a small amount of his biscuits in the 1st day and he eat it and the next day just used the rude dog food and he scoffed it right up ! It's safe to say he loves it clean bowl every time . I will definitely be sticking to rude dog food. It is a hassle making freezer space in my small freezer. hes only a small dog 4.5 kilos and you have to order min of 12 packs that will last him over a month when hes gained weight . So all in all im happy and dougs happy what more can you ask for ! Good quality diet with all he needs to live a long , fit and happy life.

Fantastic product, fair price!

Moving away from other raw brands due to the lack of meat content in them and they seem to keep changing the ingredients. Rude seems to have high quality meat and my dogs couldn’t be happier.

Fantastic, great quality, clean dog food. Highly recommend for your dogs with great service and customer support. I have been feeding my terriers Rude Dog Food for the past eighteen months and have seen a huge improvement in my Westie's well being. He used to suffer with chronic stomach issues, even on the top quality off-shelf dog food, but since I've put both my dogs on their raw food, there's been a drastic improvement in their well being and no more trips to the vets!
