I completed full verification and wagering at Ruby Reels and was told withdrawals would process. Despite this, my account was disabled and my winnings confiscated, allegedly due to “duplicate accounts” that I never created. Communication has been inconsistent, live chat repeatedly disconnected, and my deposit refund only progressed after I chased it. I’ve filed a complaint with the Curaçao Gaming Control Board — be cautious.
