Had a terrible experience at this salon today and after this I will never return..iv been here on numerous occasions and cannot fault the male technicians..they are quietly efficient, do the work you ask for in a professional way..as for some of the female technicians..ignorant, rude, and horrific at their job..after explaining multiple times what I wanted and after getting nails done the woman still didn't do what I asked, she never ask me what shape i wanted and just went with the flow. My nails are bent and misshapen on few fingers which was incorrectly filed and when asked her to correct it, she said “I can’t do more”..as soon as more people entered the salon she couldn't wait to get me off the seat and get someone else on as they only care about making money..this horrendous attitude and experience means I won't be returning..I know a lot of women who also uses this salon and will be advising them not to go back. I don’t know about a lot of women but for me as a paying customer I want my nails to be on point as it boost my self confidence and it empowers me as a women to look my best but with this type of ugly nails It left me feeling angry and upset knowing that I just wasted my money! I’ll be leaving horrific reviews on every site possible..disgusting attitude and totally inept at their job.

Fantastic nails they were done slow and with care and I love them, nice hot free drink as I sat down! Only unprofessional thing was all the chattering they were doing and no chatting to clients I do think in my experience it’s nicer to have a chat rather than sit there being ignored especially by the guys, the girls are extremely nice and helpful I would help slightly if the boys in there could understand a little English so they understood what the client wants

If you don’t want to get your eyebrows ruined DON’T GO THERE!

AWFUL - don’t waste time or money here !!!
I booked in for highlights (lady on phone didn’t tell me I needed a patch test prior)
So that didn’t happen!
Then asked for acrylic full set nails which I got but I never asked for SHELLAC polish?
I got to the till and they asked for £30 instead of £24!! I only wanted plain white nail polish .. the nail technician never asked me once about charging me an extra £6 just for the polish!
Disgusted.
Used to use this place religiously - never going back!!!!

Had to have my nails removed, which is normally done with an acrylic soak. One hand was fine, but on the other they used an electric nail file, dug into the base of my nails dramatically, and left half the nail still on. Completely damaging the entire nail. Then if that wasn't bad enough, cut my nails with a clipper, and didn't file the edges, so i cut myself.
I then find out, i could have had refills, not the whole nail replacing each time. Not only a very expensive service but so appalling i would seriously advise people to go elsewhere at any cost. My nails actually hurt.

The place is a catalyst for infections!
Nothing is sterile, on the contrary – dirty! A disastrous smell in the room.
The instruments used for the pedicure were just briefly rinsed under running water and that’s it! THAT’S IT! What about the infections that can be transmitted from one person to another? I didn’t end up becoming their client because I got scared for my health.

Prices are so much more expensive than what the board states. £70 for toes and full set. Shape of nails all over the place, and everytime I said something the nail technician was rough and getting in a more of a bad mood. not happy with my nails at all and I have a wedding to go to. I just shutup in the end like they know we do, coz we just pay what they ask, and then go. they don’t care if u don’t come back anyway.

Had one recent appointment for tips and Gel, went back for pedicure, not very good but had Gel on toes to match fingernails (no acrylic). Then on Tuesday 16 July went back for nails as they had grown. Man owner started to put acrylic on my nails, said only wanted Gel insisted had to put this on to put Gel on, included customers...then after acrylic Gel would attach - said I had touched my hair and got grease on nails, he cleaned nails again, still gel would not take, so put ordinary ail varnish. Whilst they were drying I noticed on price list that builders gel could be applied on natural nails, I pointed this out to both owners who again brought customers into it, shouting together at me, woman said would give discount, only pay £23. But I now have acrylic nails which I never have, and I know I can have gel without acrylic, but they would not listen. Very rude owners.

Konsekvent god service. Altid glad for resultatet. Kan kun anbefale!

Professional and friendly service, also affordable compared to other salons in the area. Had been a consistent customer since their opening. Strongly recommend!
