Shop opening hours have been cut. The shop is now too small. The newer collections are not as attractive as in the past. Not everyone wants or is unable to shop online

Really fast delivery.. ordered 2 jumpers.. both are gorgeous. One in a rich magenta and the other in green. The green jumper which is the turtle neck, so soft, and light not cumbersome and the material isn't scratchy, it's a lovely jumper, and I am so pleased I bought it, as i seen it ages before, and it went out of stock.. serves me right for being indecisive! Couldn't believe it when it was restocked and snapped it up! Best decision I have made. The magenta batwing jumper is beautiful, love the colour and the styling. Two fantastic jumpers that will go with any ensemble, dressed up, dressed down, adding that wow factor. Extremely pleased and very chuffed with my purchases!

Ordering online is quick and easy
Ordering online is quick and easy. The lives given are helpful, although can be annoying at times when someone is chatting away in the background, trying to out do the person doing the live!!
Items purchased sometimes have to be returned for various reasons. This is an easy process, and refunds are quick.
Saying all that I am happy with the purchases I have made and would recommend Ruby and Daisy, as a great place to buy from.
