I ordered this top when it came back into stock . It arrived very quickly and I hung it up looking forward to wearing it but when I tried it on it was too tight across the bust , so sad to have to return it 😭. I have ordered a number of items from Ruby & Daisy and loved them all

I had ordered a number of items in advance of a trip away. When they actually arrived, there was a hole in one of the T-shirts. Unfortunately the customer service line just rang out and they phone line to the shop. Just went straight to answer phone even though the shop was open, it was incredibly difficult to get hold of anybody I resorted to email which was then unfortunately left until after the Easter holidays. I was offered a refund as the item I wanted was now no longer in stock. It’s just really frustrating I like Ruby and Daisy clothes and I always buy in the shop when I am up North. You just really need to get your customer service process in place to ensure that you will customers, feel confident. I

We are sorry to hear that you are unsatisfied with the service that you have reportedly received.
Unfortunately, our phone lines have been affected due to work being completed outside of our premises , which as you can appreciate , was completely beyond our control.
We were closed for the 4 days over the Bank holiday , which is why your email was not responded to until we were back in the business.
As a loyal customer of ours , you will know that our items sell through very quickly and we can not always offer a replacement for 'faulty' stock.
We pride ourselves on our customer service and have a Trustpilot rating of 4.7 , so this a very rare occurrence for us not to have been able to resolve with you.
Apologies for any inconvenience.

First time using Ruby & Daisy and not disappointed. Clothes are lovely, good quality and reasonably priced. Dispatched really quickly. Different stock it seems weekly and I want it all! I have absolutely no complaints except I don’t get paid enough to buy it all. I will be back.
