Poor service

I ordered an hair brush form Rubinic store and what I received was an cheaper brush. I tried contacting them multiple times for a return/refund and they are not responding to my queries.

Also, the order I placed show I’d receive the items within 04 days of placing order in the site. But it actually took 14 days.

I had a really bad experience form this store. I will not purchase form them again. Not recommended.

This site feels fraudulent

This site feels fraudulent. I specifically ordered Rose-scented soap, but they sent a charcoal variant instead — clearly just shipping whatever they have in stock. I reached out via email but received no response. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional.
