The saw works great. The rubber shoe at the bottom of the water hose really keeps the blade wet which helps with the cut. With big tiles the water is always going to tend to run off and not get redire... See more

Excellent tile cutter cut 600x600 porcelain tiles with ease giving a nice clean cut
Tile cutter looks well made, haven’t used it yet. The storage box, does not hold the fence in its snap in spot. It falls out and flops around inside the storage box, and I’m only moving it around in my garage. It needs straps to hold the fence in place. Also a wheel kit for the storage box would be nice.
I needed a new tile cutter for small tile backsplash projects and got the Rubi # 14949 17" speed cutter. On the 2nd cut the cutting wheel arm snapped in half. I spend some time on their website to register and email them and asked for a replacement part. Haven't heard back .
Pretty good but u need to maybe have some recommended suppliers of rubi tools in ur app
Never ever buy any tools.WE GET 1 machine but some thing was wrong and I had to wait 28 days for the engineer so I paid for other one but I cloud not refund the first one I do not believe how they treat customers. No RETURN WHEN U PAY U ARE DONE
Having to get set up for working with large format tiles and also marble and granite on various jobs. I went with rubi tools! From TC125 to the diamond polishing disc, have given me better results than expected and videos on tools and how to use helped me purchase right products for the job!
Don't bother emailing them. They don't answer. I have been using Rubi Tilecutters for more than 30 years.
2 years ago they discontinued the most important accessory for the Rubi TS: The measuring rod, so that you quickly can cut tiles longer than the 8 cm on the cutter.
I have been writing them several times; they don't care.
Maybe I should switch to SIGMA instead.
Rubi TVC125 dry/wet handsaw is good actually but the fixture is got broken on fourth day after using because it’s made with plastic, I mean fixture where regulation of high/low blade supports. I suggest to made it metal
Have had a rubi manual cutter for over 30 years still going strong, just need to replace the wheels every now and then. I’m a multi trade not a tiler , have just bought a rubi electric tile cutter, did not really think about any other brand as I think it’s the best brand
I am personally very satisfying , but I need to buy more tools for big tilles.
I cannot registered some of tools, app is something wrong
My Rubi TX 710 Max was purchased to cut some class 5 porcelain tiles that my trusty old Novi cutter couldn't handle. To say I was mightily impressed would be a fair understatement. The Rubi cut easily and very cleanly!! I seriously doubt that there's any tile this won't cut
On the whole I like your products, however I have been unable to buy direct from you which I don’t know why I have to go through other companies that you supply to Which in turn creates problems with delivery times and prices fluctuate.
Also I bought a DC 1200 Tablesaw how does a couple of weeks and the sticker is coming off 😢😂
I’m a second generation tiler. And still have and use a rubi cutter that my dad used. Must be 30 years old. And still one of my best cutters!
