We bought this super light and compact picnic blanket for a (in the end very wet) festival and it was brilliant! Not only did we get to sit on it and avoid the endless mud, it also became a rain shiel... See more

Love our new beach blanket. Compact and light weight and big enough to get all the grandchildren on! Just a pity we had to wait more than 12 months for it to come back in stock.

The website had a great choice of picnic mats. My mat was delivered on time and was just as described

Great picnic rug - and arrived via Royal Mail despite the strikes. Love the rug!

Great products and helpful employees to advise, but unfortunately postage strikes impacted the arrival time and I got no tracking infirmation or advice of when it would be delivered. It has been delivered now, but too late to get it sent on for Christmas.
Update - I met up with my family who I'd bought the mats for - they loved them and are looking to treat their friends to them too. Thank you

Good item, however - a lot smaller (and thinner) than it looks online.

Some great products that are different. We ordered a picnic mat with a map printed on. It looks excellent and packs down well into its own carry bag. It's going to be an ideal present

I have quite bad arthritis in my spine which makes walking painful, even with my walking stick.
The only way I can enjoy a day out is to take frequent rests, however, unfortunately benches are often dirty, wet or broken.
I have put some equipment together in a backpack (the "Expedition Pack"!!), that I can carry with me.
I live in Wales so my day out can start hot but end up cold and wet. In my Expedition Pack I have a fleece jacket, a waterproof jacket, a blanket and now a mat so that even wet benches won't put me off having a much deserved rest!! And the best thing?! Mine is my favourite colour, purple and my hubby has a yellow one, his favourite colour!!
Happy bunny's!! 😅😅

I haven't used the mats yet but they are light and fold up small, they look well made and generous sizes once opened, I bought a patch and the next size up, lovely colours too

After weeks of research and much deliberation, I bought the Pacmat Signature Solo in purple. No regrets - the online ordering process was really easy and the item was delivered quickly. We already have the Glasgow, Loch Lomond and Trossachs Ordnance Survey map family sized Pacmat, and the Solo lived up to expectations with its quality materials, workmanship and compact features. Very happy to support a top notch British made product.

We ordered a couple of the Family Mappy OS Pacmat picnic mats for gifts. The quality is excellent and the maps are clear and make the mat fun. They are, as described lightweight and come in their own drawstring bag.
We were so delighted that we’ve ordered four more different map designs for other gifts!

Bought this family sized PacMat following a reccomendation from a friend after a discussion about a lightweight & decent sized picnic blanket that would protect us from moist grass. Not been used in anger yet (just the garden on a dry day) but it seems to be robustly made and the additional pegs prevent it moving in the breeze. Prompt delivery too.

Gorgeous fabric, generous size blanket. It has been much admired already.

These picnic blankets are the best. I was looking for a washable one, but these pack small too! Bonus.
