Responsible gambling
After I asked several times in the chat to close my account in order to protect myself, I ordered an irrevocable account closure by e-mail. Regardless of this, the casino should have closed the account to protect me from further damage. This was deliberately not done. Since then, a further 510 euros have been deposited. According to their own rules, the account must be closed within 24 hours after such a request, but this did not happen.

I received several emails from RTbet about a promotion where if I made a deposit, I would receive a freebet. When I contacted support, they told me that I was not eligible for this promotion.
This is the definition of a scam. Stay away from this site.

RTBet blocked my account with €220 and ignored all support requests
I deposited €220 at RTBet after seeing their clearly advertised welcome bonus. The bonus was not automatically applied, so I contacted customer support to request it. Not only did they refuse to grant the bonus without any valid explanation, but shortly after, they blocked my account and froze my funds.
Update (Day 21):
It's now been 3 full weeks since RTBet closed my account with €220 inside. I never played a single spin, and they have still not replied to any of my emails. No refund offered.
I’ve filed a formal complaint via Casino Guru and will proceed to Curaçao eGaming shortly. Avoid this site at all costs — they are completely non-transparent.
I submitted a formal complaint on June 22, and followed up again on June 27, warning them I would escalate the case publicly. They never responded.
As of today, my account is still blocked, and I have no access to my deposit. RTBet has shown a complete lack of transparency, professionalism, and basic customer service. Everything suggests they intend to confiscate my funds without reason.
I strongly advise others to avoid this site. It appears to operate with predatory practices and no respect for players' rights.

The most scam website ever, they only takes money from you. The live agents are the worst ever, and the way they treat you is awful. The worst thing on this website is that they actually rob you, and take money from you without you know that. And they delete your account and never let you come and ask to refund your money. Worst customer support ever!
I am VIP member Level 5, which is the highest and the customer support has over a week to answer to my request to delete my account. Apart from the fact that this is illegal, it's the worst support for a bet company. They VIP email does not answer either. The live chat autotranslates the answers, probably one person handling all global requests!
There is also a weekly cashback bonus every Monday and they are calculating the cashback wrong, trying to cheat you and not giving you any answer about how this cashback is calculated.

Worst f-ing site every. You can deposit 30k a day but withdrawal is capped at 1000 a day /20k a month. They will never let you withdraw more tha. You deposit. You can even win 100k but you never see that money so it’s pointless to play unless you just want to see your real money grow but can never touch it. Which is my case now. Put In 30k. Have 100k. Can withdraw 20k only than thats it.
Told me to play 50k a day to maintain lvl 5 status

Worst betting site - Avoid using this
By far the worst experience. Customer service is so bad. If u withdraw your money, you will not able to withdraw them. I have tired for 5 times to withdraw them, waited 5days. Nothing happend.
They try to keep you in website by giving Free bets, which they never do give. Just empty promises. All around the worst betting site ever.

I have good experiences with the site
I have good experiences with the site, especially with Garry. After some time of playing I needed to withdraw a part of my balance. After two days I contacted the customer service because the withdrawal was still pending. Garry informed me that I would be able to withdraw my funds a few hours later. It took 3 days but I received the money.
The site itself is fast, easy to use, with sports I like to bet on.

Impossible to withdraw, claiming not earned 1x.
First time I'm going through the trouble of rating on Trustpilot. I deposited 500kr, with a bonus needing it to 1x the deposit. I went to 1000kr and tried to deposit. Nothing, they claimed it was an error and it would soon work. Later they claimed I hadn't earned 1x the deposit, so I thought I had to earn it through casino, but even then earning 1500kr, nothing. Got up to 2000 on sports betting again and stopped. 2 months of back and forth, countless emails and livechats claiming I hadn't earned back enough (it still said 0kr earned on the website). I just gave up and bet it all on one, which lost. I guess thats what they are trying to do with each customer, tire them till they give up.
