The quality of the cabinets exceeded our expectations. They are really solid and well constructed. So, so happy with them. The drawer glides are so amazing. Easy to assemble, sturdy, and work great! The instructions were not that great on how to assemble the cabinets or trim. We used YouTube and my husband’s skills to figure it out. We had a few items that arrived broken and RTA was quick to send replacements.

Zak made it awesome! The product is great but your trim supplier made it bad. No returns or exchanges even when the credit difference is in their favor has me now stuck with $1000 of crown moulding I can't use. I would advise my son to look around when his project time comes.

Great experience with RTA. The website is easy to navigate, prices and sizes are well displayed and even though you probably don't need it, the staff is readily available to help as well. My cabinets arrived exactly on time and they are BEAUTIFUL! Couldn't ask for more.

Shipping pricing on small orders is too high on the website and the dimensions of accessories were misleading …customer support was very responsive and got me the proper pricing but i had misordered extra product … i should have called or reached out before placing my orders…great company, but check with a human designer before finalizing your order.

A quick clarification in light of the response: They stress this advice on their website, repeatedly. I ignored it, and that was a bad idea. But even so I've gone back for more product twice since that first order ... I just contact them first. The quality of the product really is everything I could ask for, and the support folks have been not just responsive, but a pleasure to work with.

I would highly recommend RTA Wood Cabinets to anyone who asked. We worked with Devora, and she went above and beyond to help make our kitchen exactly what we wanted. She was quick to get back to us, helped with design changes and very informative with any questions we had. The cabinet quality is much better than 90% of what we looked at, and for a much more reasonable cost. Overall, our kitchen turned out beautiful and we wouldn’t change a thing!

These plywood cabinets are excellent quality. They arrived well-packed, endured weeks of outdoor storage with no moisture issues, and have a perfect finish. Shipping was also very quick.

Devora Klang is the kitchen designer I worked with at RTA Wood Cabinets. She is amazing. She worked (and re-worked) my kitchen design to create a beautiful, functional kitchen for my small space. She was patient and creative, kept in mind my budget and advised without being pushy. She is very responsive and really listens. I worked with two other kitchen designers with other companies before I came to RTA Wood Cabinets and she stands out as the best.

Dealt with Zach. He was a great help and quick to respond and take care of what I needed.

I would give the quality of the cabinets 4 stars. The response time was very good. We were missing several small parts and it took a couple of deliveries to get it right, but in the end I would say it was a positive experience considering the money saved. I would give overall a 3.5-3.8. A problem for us was that the frameless cabinets didn’t have a way to hide outlets underneath the cabinets, therefore we had to cut the expensive quartzite to accommodate. That was extremely disappointing.

The quality of their cabinets is outstanding with plywood sides and finished outside ends if you have it exposed. Quality soft close doors and drawers. They direct you to videos on assembly that are a bit of a challenge and incomplete but do help you get it put together. Very happy with the solid wood faces and dove tail joints on the drawers. I would definately buy from them again.

Working with the RTA team was a great experience from beginning to end. Cabinets were great quality, and they guided me through the whole process. Working with Zack was amazing; he was so patient and knowledgeable. Thank you so much!

Don't use this company. Product is dry and brittle and marks very easily. It comes warped and damaged often too. I did order from this company it's not a mix up. They did cancel my order as they didn't want to honor the 0% financing We were approved for. I did get the exact same cabinets they sell and most all of the rta companies on-line sell from the same manufacturer and same warehouses around the country.

This was my first time ordering from RTA Wood. They went above and beyond to meet my needs. The staff was kind and helpful. Plus their prices beat the competitors I was looking at. I’ll try them again for my future projects.

RTA made this such a great experience! They were prompt in every way. I had them in a week. I did need some support so I called customer service. They answered right away and helped me out. Akiva was my support tech and he was quick to help find solutions. Can’t say enough about the experience I had!!
