I paid this company for day 2 and day 8 tests. The tests were delivered but when I returned the day 2 test I received no result I tried to phone the company but I was put on hold for about an hour, at which point I gave up. I also sent an e-mail but again I received no response. Finally, I had to ask for help from the NHS to do my tests.
RT Diagnostics is taking money for a service which it is not providing. I would recommend that it is best avoided.

Don't use this company - they are not fit for purpose. They took my money but never delivered the day 8 or day 5 test to release kits and refuse to give a refund. Can't get hold of them on the phone and despite being on government approved list the government say they have no responsibility. RT Diagnostics are committing fraud as they are charging for a service they don't deliver. Should be prosecuted.

Ordered my day 2 & 8 test a month ago, and now that I want to obtain my reference number for the passenger locator form nothing works.
No answer on the phone or my email, what a scam.

We are still waiting for our day 8 results almost a month later. We had to get another company to get a test to release. No good trying to phone them as it just rings out or then you are put on hold, we waited for almost 2 hours before giving up. I have been in touch with the government bodies relating to this to get them removed from their lists

Against my order 5676, not only were the test results delivered many many days after the supposed end of the quarantine period but any communication with this shambles of a company are totally ignored.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY - THEY ARE NOT CUSTOMER ORIENTATED, but rest assured they are happy to take your money :-)

Do not use this company you can't get in contact with them so stressful took four days to arrive after they state 24 postal service Nhs sent one quicker. each test took over 5 days to get results and had to chase for results dreadful company to deal with so unhelpful

Waste of time and money! Don’t use!

I order day 2 & 8. Never got swap sticks in order even after chasing until NHS sent them. Didn't get day 2 results and since NHS sent the kit so got day 8 results from NHS. I asked them to refund money since we haven't received the service and told them that i can resend kits back as they used. Been a month still chasing.

Having read other reviews I was really worried about getting my results back, however I had an excellent service from them, day 2 results came back at 6pm on day 4, and day 8 results came back at midnight on day 9. Would use them again if only they had tests in stock!

I am still waiting result of day 8 test, which I can prove, from 23rd June what an absolute waste of money paid to this company. Should have looked them up on here and Facebook before paying over £160 for 4 tests. My son did not receive his results from the day 2 or day 8, don’t use find another company to do your tests. I have reported this company to u.k government as they were on their list of recommended companies for the tests

I wish I read the reviews before using this absolute joke of a company.
Return mail bags not big enough so literally had to crush the box to make it fit. Items missing from the checklist. Results 2 days late. Customer services don’t seem to have a brain cell between them.
Be warned guys….

I used this company for my day 2 and 8 and test to release. My day two results took 21 days to arrive and then only because I emailed them numerous times. The other results were quicker but not within the promised timeframe. I ended up spending another 120 quid with another company for my test to release because it wasn’t worth waiting around for RT to get results. I tried many times to call but the line was engaged the whole time. I have emailed asking for a refund but no response. Terrible, stay away and don’t waste your money!

Results not delivered in time frame promised. No one responds to emails or messages on their Facebook page. Phone lines are constantly engaged and they have been removed from the government website as an approved tester. This company was set up to make a quick buck out of innocent people during a pandemic - scammers. Just search for them on Facebook and see the number of people who have been let down by them.

Day 2, day 5 received within 48 hours. Great value compared to other providers too!

I wrote a review the other day and said I would continue with my naff experience. Yesterday ( day 5) my PCR was actually delivered to the branch in Halifax. It is now thr end of day 6 and I still have not had my results! I have spoken with the COOP too - where I purchased these tests through. They have informed that they are about to stop using this company also. Tomorrow is day 7. Why did I pay for the test and release???

So I know they are replying to reviews here, privately and rudely! If they have time to come here why don't they use their time to reply to actual emails? The bank has informed that they set monthly payments from the account! The bank had to cancel it. They deleted previous comments about this!! Be careful!

Ordered my testing 2day and 8 day together with day 5 quick release. The day 5 and day 8 kits turned up but not the all important day 2 .
4 hours 15 minutes hanging on the phone with no one answering. £280 wasted.
Trust pilot was the clue that I shouldn’t have wasted my money, however contacting the Daily Mail about this government recommended testing company, is probably the only way to stop other people being ripped off.
