Withdrawal blocked it is a big scam no solution
Exact same experience that other users here... on 1st of April the funds where locked for 'liquidity pool update' and the date has been postpone multiple times... now until 30 of May. Contact support has also been disabled... No social media or other ways to contact them, if not scam clearly unworthy of trust.
Payout blocked, seems to be SCAM, allegedly liquidity pool update that has not been completed for months. The support function has been switched off. Hands off HUGE SCAM!!!
they froze my account so that i can not withdraw. they dont have an email only a chat feature which they have disabled, and today is the 3rd time they have moved back the release date due to "liquidity pool updates". Please dont put your hard earned money in there. i was able to use it fine for about a month. deposit and withdraw no issues....then i took it all off for a while...saw a promotion going on (and they lured me in) deposited for 1 day was my plan ...now 7 weeks later no crypto no chat no nada.... i dont write reviews for fun. if a place is good i'll say so, and if a place is bad i'll let you know the whole truth.
I've been using this app for a little over 2 months, with several different coins and transactions in and out with no issues.
The only thing users need to watch is how they stake it because they offer rewards to be paid out in several tokens. I've stuck with ERC20. Found that to be the easiest to transfer to other exchanges or wallets.
Update5/24/24
All my funds are now locked due to a "liquidity pool update" and have been since April 1st.
They keep changing the date that it will be unlocked. Also they removed the chat/support feature.
Not getting the warm and fuzzy anymore on this site.
Huge scam vibes
