Ordered a tool online. Same old story… tool payment has cleared no tool sent. I will be reporting the company to police for fraud and asking Visa to recover the money. Whoever their internet provider is should take their site down!
Unfortunately I have found out the hard way that this site is a scam site. At least it was for less than £15. I normally check reviews first but could kick myself as I didn't this time. I have sent multiple emails with no reply. No contact number either! AVOID!!! 😡😡😡

AVOID AVOID AVOID! Must be a scam shop site! I ordered builders tape weeks ago. Still no sign, sent messages through shop site but nothing... No way to get in touch.
Appalling. Ordered and paid for an item which did not arrive. Waited a further eight days and sent multiple emails/chat messages etc. to which I had zero response. Have now instructed credit card company to seek a refund.
Ordered online, received email confirmation of order and delivery date notification which came and went. Noticed a new email from them which just stated order had been cancelled, no explanation. I also noticed shortly after placing the order with RSSHOP a total of 60+ emails and counting, from various alleged common vendors, all spoofed fraud attempts to get my details. I haven't given my email address out to anyone for weeks and rarely receive junk mail then all of a sudden 60+ emails which appear from the same source when you look beyond the spoofed fraud details. Too much of a coincidence, stay clear of this outfit, from my experience RSShop are very dodgy.
