If it weren't for the ID request i wouldve given 5 star, a risk us customers have to take but personally i understand as they probably get numerous chargebacks and it's their way of protecting themselves.

They tell you they’ll try to get the GP ready right after you make the purchase, but once they take your money, everything changes. Suddenly, you’re being told to come back in 5–6 hours to complete the order. What kind of service is that? If there’s no GP available, that should be clearly stated before taking payment, not after. This whole experience feels misleading and extremely frustrating.
