This company are a SCAM. They sent out an emergency drainage engineer to fix our toilet, charged a massive call out fee, and didn't fix the issue at all. In fact, they made the problem WORSE. I have tried calling up every day to complain but the company never get back to me and they don't respond to emails. They have taken our money and don't give a toss that we had to call out a second engineer to fix the problem they caused!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

I hired RSJ Drains for a drain survey, for building control. The engineers came a few days later. I was invoiced shortly after that, and paid by bank transfer immediately. I didn't receive a survey for days, and so made several calls, sent emails and texts to try to get the report. Finally, over 3 weeks after the engineers’ visit, I was sent a report that was completely useless. It contained no site map, no photos, comments on only a small part of the drains, was written in poor English and made no sense. In addition, they told me they had originally sent the report weeks ago, though I never received it. I emailed to say the report was not complete, and received no response. I had to employ another company to do the survey, and finally got what I needed 7 weeks late. I have since written a formal complaint to RSJ Drains, requesting a refund, and phoned several times, and have still received no response to my complaint 4 days later. This company is run by shameless liars. Avoid.
