NEVER GOT REFUNDED
I purchased gold from them almost 2 weeks ago, the manager told me that he would refund me within 7 business days via PayPal, I contacted live chat, 7 business days later and talked to another agent, then a couple seconds go by and chat disconnects randomly, I tried to go back to live chat and it won’t let me. I assume they have banned me from chat. Now I am down $500+.
