Ordered 2 dolls on Black Friday and here we are January 7th and still no dolls. Last tracking was Dec 9th and now no one will respond to emails etc. unfortunately these scams etc broke a little girls heart when Santa did not bring the only thing she wanted for Christmas!! Shame on you for taking my money and in return no product!

December 16 I ordered a doll from RSG dolls I didn’t get it until December 31. I tried emailing them I don’t know how many times they my email will not even leave mailing goes to draft . There’s no telephone number or anything the doll I ordered them when they sent us is not real looking me it was not really feeling real it was plastic like a doll you’ll get from the dollar store. The eyes were blue instead of Brown. I didn’t have the same clothes on it didn’t have a heartbeat on, so I called my bank. And my bank got my money back becase they are scammers the clothing I ordered was way to big for the doll there is a lot wrong do Not Order they are scams hope they get bustedtoday is sunday jan 5 2025,,had to edit my comments to let u know i sent another e mail and it ended up in drafts explain that!! im ver ancoius to find out how u will take care of the problem u caused send me a real email!!!

This company is a scam. The doll I received looks NOTHING like what I ordered. The company's response was that its similar to the doll you paid for. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and reported them to the BBB. My credit card company reversed the charge within 72 hours. BEWARE!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Received are avatar silicone baby today and what a joke. nothing like the pictures very disappointed with what we received

Doll was not the same doll I ordered, she was smaller, if it had not took so long to get her, i would have sent her back.her skin is not soft. This company is a joke. I could have bought a doll out the store. The doll i ordered had on earrings and different clothes. Never again

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!!! I ordered a doll and received a completely different doll. Then they tried to convince me that it was the same doll! Everything about the doll they sent is different from the one I ordered. The face is different, the hair color and hairstyle is different, the clothing is different, it looks cheap and absolutely doesn’t look like a “real” baby doll. What a scam!! Not sure if it’ll help but I’m reporting them to the BBB and am going to find out who I can escalate this company to for scamming people out of their money. They need to be investigated and shut down! BEWARE!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

The dolls that I ordered look nothing like the dolls that were delivered. Moreover, it took 2 and a half weeks for the dolls to be delivered.

I ordered a Christmas present for my niece which was supposed to be twin dolls with heartbeat and sounds. I got ONE DOLL ONLY, no sounds, it wasn't even the doll ordered. When I reached out to the company they basically told me that my order was correct and I could ship the order back 8 days before Christmas!! It took 2 weeks for me to get it and shipping said 3-8 days. I asked about the 2nd doll and they never responded to that part of my question. I kept the doll ONLY because my niece would have been left with no present. The box looked like the delivery truck ran over it before they delivered it to me. The doll didn't look at all like the picture, the 2nd doll never came, and the company's customer service was completely unacceptable. You'll be better off going to the dollar store to get something there. They will then respond to your review with a scripted apology. Please read their responses to everyone's terrible reviews

***DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY*"" The horrid experience started when I was emailed several times saying if I ordered by a specific day, the doll would be delivered in time for Christmas. I ordered it before the deadline and didn't receive it til today, Dec 30th! I paid $50+ for a $5 doll from Walmart!!! It looks nothing like the pictures! I knew it would be small and that was the only thing I got that I expected. I opened the box and it smelled like turpentine! An atrocious, strong smell!!! The doll wasn't wearing the advertised outfit but only a blue and white striped onesie and a pair of ill-fitting "socks". Had I known this would be what she was wearing, I would have bought an outfit. Thank goodness for small blessings because I wouldn't wanna give them another dime! The doll's hair is equivalent to black cotton balls, sparsely plugged into the scalp--TRASH! In the last week, I emailed customer service for answers about the late delivery and essentially got a stock reply including the tracking number. There was also no way to review the item on the site--huge red flag! I'm so upset and disappointed about this whole experience! I've gotten better dolls from Temu and that says ALOT! "False advertising" is an understatement for this scam of a company!!!!!!

I ordered a silicon doll from this company that my daughter found and decided after weeks of begging me for the doll I ordered it. Only for it to be a totally different doll which looked like I bought it from a 99Cents store. This company needs to be shut down for false advertisement and should be held accountable for scamming the customers.

This place is a scam and it’s false advertising. This babydoll that my baby received isn’t anything like the one that was ordered, not even close. My baby is heartbroken. Then they said they can give me 10% of what I paid for the doll as the refund. No, I want all my money back. How are they getting away with this?

This company is False These babies is not like a reborn doll its doesn't even. Come close the doll is small it looks as if the got it from Dollar Tree and ship it from there company then I got it after Christmas my granddaughter was so disappointed y'all is a cheap company don't know one need to order from your company you need a zero review never again.

Your people can stop lying and maybe take some English courses. I bought a doll for my granddaughter for $47 I wanted express shipping to have it by Christmas so I chatted with one of their sales reps and they said for $50 they could get it here by the 24th they charged me $98 and I still haven't gotten it and it won't be here for a couple more weeks it's still in China she said it was in the states these people are a bunch of liars and thieves. Not willing to make any compensation. I'm going to keep on these people till I die

All our daughter wanted was this doll for Christmas, it claimed to have a heart beat, could coo, handed tied hair and eyelashes, with a silicone body. The website depicts a real life like body. We received it today. Nothing like the picture, this was a 5$ hard plastic doll, no hair, no heart beat m, no sound completely different. What a scam, it broke my little girls heart, she has cried and cried. Stay away from this company. I will move forward with reporting to the federal trade commission and who ever else.

Actually I wouldn't even rate it a 1 star! It's the absolute worst company I have ever, in my 66 years of life, have ever dealt with. They have scam artists working there and for them. I don't know if they all are scammers there, but at least one person is and one shipping company they use. If any of you who have writing before me would like to get together for a class action suit, sue them somehow, I am totally with you! The first person I spoke to and ordered from was decent and I got my order in decent time but I only got one doll and I ordered 2. Don't know if that was their mistake or mine, but I did go to order a second doll and that is where all the trouble began. I should have known right from the start when I heard THE SHIPPING COMPANY WANTED TO TALK TO ME DIRECTLY AND WOULD EMAIL me to get my information. Hence began days of nasty emails and texts. I have them all so when I do take them to court, I will have proof of what they have tried to do. I want the 2 people - or actually might have been one or 10 different people I have no clue - I want them PERSONALLY to pay me back. The stole $1140.00 from me for shipping!!!! Then wanted $190 more! And the rudeness, crude, demeaning and angry tone and words were enough to make me want to spit in their faces and I do not ever ever ever do such a thing. I would never however that is how they made me feel. It's pathetic. NO do not ever purchase anything from this company. As I said not all possibly are scammers, might just be some but they may all be, I don't know I don't live in CHINA!

I bought a RGS doll from this site December 2024( last week) please, please please DO NOT buy a doll from them.. A Silicone Doll for 100.00 . The doll is so HARD just like a regular 5.00$ doll.. I’m so upset about this.. at this point it’s too late to send it back for a refund… NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!

There has to be a class act lawsuit with the Federal Trade Commission on this absurdly corrupt company & I'm going to join it or start one!!! The doll I ordered is clearly different than what I received. The SKU# on the box proves it. Stiff, hard plastic, different face, different clothes & it does breathe, coo or have a heartbeat. To check/change the batteries, the fabric would tear. And the most appalling thing is, they want you to PAY a monthly subscription to file your complaint. WORST COMPANY EVER & NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN

Horrible-took my money and have not received my doll or accessories I paid for. How are they still in business and able to take people's money? The same reply is on everyone's review. Their website and anything affiliated with them, should be shut down.

I wish i can put zero stars. Because when you order the dolls. IT DOES NOT LOOK LIKE THE PICTURE. A complete scam. The baby dolls look so cheap and disappointing. Very STIFF LOOKING. And they wont give you a refund back. And that was my last i spent on my neice doll and she was highly disappointed. Dont waste your time looking i will post pictures
