My 11 year old daughter wanted to use the money she saved to buy a real like baby. She found one based on the products picture that she liked. I was skeptical because we have never ordered from them but gave it a shot. I wish I had done more research. The doll's picture looked real but what we got was small non squishy doll with hand painted hair. She was so disappointed. When I emailed customer service they gave me the concerned auto pilot response and when I sent the pictures they said that I in fact ordered this and I said the picture is extremely misleading. They said I should have read the description and offered me 10% of what I paid for it. I responded with this:
No thank you, I'll keep the doll instead. $4 isn’t special as you put it and putting the picture you had and the doll I received is extremely misleading. I guess I should have been more thorough when I read the description to ensure i'm not getting ripped off. I’m now wondering if you put a picture of an actual real baby to sell this. The pacifier isn't the same as what I received; it's so tiny vs the picture you have once again misleading. If you really value customer satisfaction that picture should be changed. Once again I’ve discovered not to trust new places to shop. I won’t be recommending your services or purchasing from you in future. Thank you by the way for teaching my 11 year old daughter a valuable lesson, who worked by doing chores to save her money to buy this doll, that she shouldn't trust people - you may buy something and find out it's not what you thought it was and then only offer $4 in return. You are a sad company and word of mouth is going to put you out of business.

I ordered a gorgeous Alina doll for my granddaughter. I paid extra to have it expedited. When I received it within a week I was thrilled. Then when I opened the package, the doll inside was not the doll I ordered. It was a very cheap quality doll that was half bald. The dolls face looks actually scary. It was sent with a Halloween costume on and a used faded pacifier. When I reached out to the company, I learned the company does not stand by their product. They refuse to pay for return shipping even when their company sends incorrect product. They offered ridiculously low discounts if I would just keep the fake,cheap doll. I already way overpaid for this hideous doll they sent. I believe this company should be shut down so they cannot continue to scam people with their bait and swap scheme. Beware X

Trickery.

Stay far, far away from these fraudsters. My wife ordered a doll from this bunch of hoods and what she got was not at all what she ordered, plus they shorted her a pair of pink shoes she paid extra for. While they bombarded me with offer after offer before the doll arrived in an attempt to defraud me further, I discovered the reviews that reveal their deception. Which I had check first. The doll we order was to coo and breath. The one we got does not. What a bunch of crooks.

Doll looked nothing like photo. Return policies are not good at all. Don't waste your time !

My Granddaughter saved up all her pocket money to buy a doll. When it arrived, she was inconsolable. It was NOTHING like the photo, She paid £80 for a doll which smelt and had a full mop of thick black nylon hair which was standing on end. The socks provided, just fell off.

My NiiNii. Bought me and my sister a 12 inch doll a piece. it is the 100% silicone baby. and we have never been more excited and pleased. baby ever our first squishy babies, we treat them like real babies. The best thing we have ever bought. Buy your granddaughter sees babies.

They are the worst company ever!! Should have not given them a second chance. Got nothing but the run around and lies. It took forever and when it got here one of the boxes was smashed like someone stood on it. I ordered a 15in doll and a set of twin girls. They shorted me one of the twins and when I asked about it they claim oh that’s just a picture of two different single babies together. Then why when I placed my order it said twin girls. I highlighted it and sent that to them. They will come up with another excuse I’m sure. Wanted to not even give them one star but couldn’t write a review without giving them one star. BUYER BEWARE!!!! Cheaper and much cuter dolls on Amazon that will be delivered within a week or less. Don’t buy one here!!!

I asked for a refund they emailed me back once then they never responded after that. My 9yo daughter bought this doll with money she been saving for a long time and now she is so disappointed
What a joke. Would have had better luck with a $5 Walmart baby doll. Don’t ever buy a doll from here

Terrible. My doll was completely different than what I ordered. The customer service experience was a joke- they wont issue a refund, or even reply to request. I have sent several emails in different threads and receive responses all the way upto receiving a refund. Then they go silent. NEVER order from this company. Reborn dolls are a way better company, go with them

I should have read the reviews first! I spent a fortune on a doll that is not what was promised. It doesn’t work as described and it seems like we all get the same auto pilot responses! My daughter was as disappointed as I was when we opened the box! And I am now getting spammed by stupid offers!!!
What a scam —- how are they still operating!!!!

I too fell prey to the RSG Dolls scam. I was desperate to find a “lifelike baby doll for my sweet mom who has Alzheimer’s disease, thinking it would help calm her anxiety. I ordered a “reborn, lifelike doll named Alicia that ‘coos, breaths, & heartbeat’.” I received a cheap vinyl doll that didn’t look anything like the doll I ordered. This doll had the name “Felicia” and didn’t have ANY of the “cooing/heartbeat/breath” features. RSG Dolls is operating a fraudulent business and I am committed to exposing them for what they are. If you have been deceived as I have, I would recommend that you 1. File a dispute with your bank. 2. File a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. 3. File a complaint with the California BBB. And of course as we have all learned by this tragic experience, never order anything from a company that doesn’t have a customer service number or a public address from the USA. So I ordered the doll, and I went on to my Gmail to see if I can track it. All I could see is offers and deals. I didn’t get her yet but I did see a few good reviews.

My daughter wanted to order one of these dolls and shame on me, I didn't check on the reviews first. What a huge disappointment. She saved hard to get one of these dolls and now she can't even send them back. I mean, she could but is responsible for shipping which is more than the doll is worth. The doll doesn't look anything like in the picture, like not even close. It's super upsetting.

It looks nothing like it should it is not even silicone it was $100. It did not come with the right clothes. It wasn’t even from the right size and how hurt my dad was when he saw my face expression of what it looked like. Nobody should buy from this company, it is a complete scam.

The doll looks absolutely nothing like the advertised photos! I could have bought a nicer doll from Kmart for a fraction of the price! This is false advertising and should be reported to Consumer Affairs!

Everything possible went wrong, there is nothing this business could do to improve nor do they give a crap to want to. Actually I take that back, if they want to improve they would shut that so called sorry excuse of a business down forever. I dont see how they are still running a business but I will be looking into seeing if there is something that can be done to end their pathetic little itty bitty dive. And if I could i would give this joke of a business negative 50 stars even though they dont deserve that much justice.

Trying to get a refund from the crap doll and they just keep responding with offers to give me 10% or 20% off to keep the doll! Why would I want to receive 8.00 back for a doll that is worth 2.00 at best when I spent 45.00. DO NOT buy from this place.

I got sucked in like everyone else! The dolls do not look anything like the website. The are just hard plastic dolls that do not look or feel real. This website should be banned for false advertising.

RRRRGH!!! Sure wish I had read the reviews before buying. Reborn doll looks nothing as photographed on rsg website. Outfit is different — does not coo nor breathe as described. From what I’ve read I’ll receive the same auto reply as all other dissatisfied customers with little to no refund. Debbie A.
